@@erobed21 I booted up java and bedrock real quick to do some testing. In both versions you can not run while using your shield. In both versions though you can jump then shield while previously running for a small mid air boost if that is what you meant. If you crouch in java and check your speed then do the speed test using the shield you will notice using the shield makes you slower than crouching. While in bedrock using the shield only brings you to the same speed as crouching and not any slower. But either way both makes you slow af, its not a huge difference.
Toycat made a video abt it before. Bedrock’s generation has more chances to be interrupted by other structures as in the code nothing has priority over the other. Sometimes the generation itself is whacky and cuts the portal room off. There’s also really small strongholds which is also funny. @@kureiji2500 YOU THINK THAT'S FUNNY?
MY GUY HAS NO IDEA WHAT BEDROCK EDITION IS!
AND YOU DON'T CARE??????????????????????????????????
1:01 its legit minecraft win10 edition (bedrock) 😭
7:07 endermen can only teleport 15 blocks (I think) and want to find the fastest route which doesnt count going around.
0:52 don’t insult me like that, I got all A’s and B’s the entire year 😭
Oh no, you can't cheese endermen, maybe you'll have to fight them like a normal enemy

I knew someone would comment this☠️
So you accidentally joined youtube, started this video and typed a comment?
I am still in school and when i get home i often play with my friends on our school computers. So me and my friends often play survival and we have beaten the game multible times in survival. so i don't know what you mean with no one has beaten it.
and there is a end portal.
same as a high school student me and my friends (what are those :) ) have beaten the game many times.
You had to crouch in order to use your shield
5:31 SNEAK
I was screaming to the screen sneak SNEAK
😂 Average Java only players
As a bedrock player that hurt me
The “really bad graphics” just looks like normal Minecraft to me
Well it sorta makes sense that they can teleport out…😕is that just me? 6:43
nah it does make sense, it's just not v useful for him (or us) lol
0:07 Man, don't know when the last time was I heard someone call them "testificates".
Absolute nostalgic blast aint it
Litteraly bedrock
Bro is rekt
But bad
Its not, just have a even more better access datapacks, or you say addon in bedrock
Alternative title: "Can you beat Minecraft: Bedrock edition as a java player?"
i am playing minecraft education on school laptop for a year just like normal, and do normal minecraft stuff

shift
5:30 To block you need to shift
A a veteran of minecraft education, I can confirm 8 year old me had a panic attack trying to find the end portal.
9:40
Fun Fact: Bedrock is the main version of Minecraft because it can be played in every device, unlike Java which can only be played on a computer or PC
2:25 everybody that has full functioning hands hates auto-jump. Also i cant believe that there is in fact a version of minecraft more broken than bedrock.
To use a shield, you crouch. They have the same mechanics as bedrock.
Maybe you should make a bedrock challenge like this but its just normal bedrock

a full portal leading to a spawner. man, education edition sure is something special after all
Update: I am a student and been playing Minecraft education and yes you could beat it normally. I have done it already.
Shields aren't useless in education the button to use a Shield is shift
Any middle school could have told you it was beatable
Bro literally SCHOOLED the Ender Dragon
I played a LOT of Education Edition when I was younger because my school board got licenses for all students. I've beat the dragon before, fought the wither and done everything else. I can tell you, it's literally just bedrock edition but with some extra BS.
It is pretty cool to see this video, because the fact that you thought this was not bedrock edition resulted in an unbiased review of bedrock edition, proving that bedrock edition is absolute crap.
well, the player did play it with a mindset of a java control and environment... due to lack of research and unfamilar experience resulted in a biased view
but tbf, biased is not the correct word... better stay with unfamilar experience
@@arie1906 How is any of what he mentioned good in any way? Yeah sure unfamiliar but also complete hot garbage.
The graphics, the way the game feels, the bugs, the shields needing you to sneak etc. It is just hot garbage of a game.
@@lachlanB323
- the graphics? Did you mean UI, UX, light engine, the saturated or the render engine? There are a lot of categories, I have no clue what are you targeting? The render engine works just fine, they are adding more stuff into it. OreUI, render pile, etc... It's just some parts of it are over-optimized that they look bad.
- the game feels normal to me, as my self played the game for quite a while
- the bugs, game breaking bugs rarely happens to me, but they do exist on other devices. It's like 10000 people out of 100 million devices
- shields are just find, I'm good with both worlds. If they ever change it, it won't bother me much.
But idk about education tho, they are outdated bedrock. Their UI is like that ass 1.14-1.16 UI with ton of delays and lags.
Bedrock UI is so obsessed with animations and delays instead of instant as java one.
@@arie1906 Ui, Ux, etc. The menu's are awful. And the in game graphics... look off. Especially the characters.
9:42 *That hurts me a lot*
It’s true tho

I used to only play bedrock until I got a pc and I can confirm it is the worst version of the game
Bedrock is the worst thing ever what do you mean
@@NikoboiNFTB fr
The worst thing about education edition is that when I transitioned to Java, I spent a solid 20 minutes trying to activate shield before asking google. And also the lag is dreadful😂
ruclips.net/user/shorts9HMypFKQwcY?si=HOlVMTpeYEUDwENE Minecraft meme
education edition is just bedrock but with a few tweaks and changes. it infuriates me how many people cant figure out how to use a shield in bedrock.
@@croissantcoke lol I always thought it was shift in Java
@AlbertSatnoianu as far as i know bedrock edition is actually more performarant since its newer and such... BUUUUT java has lots of mods... like a lot... (casual whole world render distances with DH)
@@necrak1highly dependent on console. Switch bedrock runs like a chicken with no legs and java overall has less lag but also dependent on computer

that ruined portal proves the video is faked, as the ruined portal he found literally cannot generate
if you look at all the ruined portal types this one doesnt exist, it looks like he added a single block to ruined_portal/portal_9 to get out of the nether quickly

My fifth grade Social Studies Final Exam was to work together with my entire class to create a civilization in Minecraft Education Edition because that year was about the first civilizations. It was the best final ever.
Education Edition is based on Bedrock Edition and on Bedrock you have to crouch to block with a shield
