It's actually really impressive to see MN on this list because unlike those others mentioned its just a starting point and while the state produces a lot of D1 commits right out of HS they produce even more players that go on to play JRs. I'd like to see the other numbers that you presented for the other leagues for MN. D3 commits? ACHA? and how about Juniors? The NCAA D1 lists 233 active D1 players from the state of MN. Honestly I thought the 30 number seemed low, but I'm sure its correct. There were 14 commits playing in the State Tournament and Minnetonka wasn't even in it, they had 9 on their team alone haha.
I have a question about Canadian Jr A. I'm a international player and I played in North American AAA leagues around 5 years. Is there any chance to playe in Canadian Jr A leagues?
MAHA is just legit. Minnesota high school hockey is where it’s at. 30 players into D1 is a great number and the amount of kids they put into junior is also high. There is no other state in the US putting up those stats and I doubt anyone will ever come close.

how will the rule change affect this list?
They will become D3 / ACHA D1 feeders.

If you have good numbers you can probably find a spot in Canadian Jr. A. Which league depends on numbers, video, and your performance at camp
@@ahadvising8 Thank you for answering. I thought I need a green card or citizenship to play in Jr A in Canada. Thank you!
