Hey Bruno, not that I know of, but you can automate each individual report. Plus, you can put all the reports you want on the dashboard for them to see every day. Reporting is not the real advantage of a CRM. If you're doing CRM right you don't need reports. The REAL advantage of CRM is setting up an automated process where things happen automatically saving everyone time and ensuring process integrity. That's how you sell CRM to your management. Reports are governed by security. If you don't have access to the records you can't report on them. Other than that, if you're not getting the right data, it's how you've setup the fields and/or which module you've chosen to report from.

Yes, exactly that! Just include assigned user as the primary group and sort both on user and on status. You can't do a group within a group though, if that's what your asking.
If the reporting functionality of SuiteCRM doesn't work for you there are more paid plugins that offer additional functionality. They are available in the shop on at suitecrm.com.
I'll do one on graphs. Graphs are really confusing and it takes me alot of trial and error to get one right. I struggle with trying to teach a method to create a graph because I struggle with them as well LOL.
Great videos! You have a new subscriber! I am having trouble creating a report for Events. I want to show the delegates that are connected to the event in my report and the accept status. I don't see these fields as options. Any suggestions?

You first have to create the chart in Reports. Then add a custom report to your dashboard and select the chart option in the dashlet. You must already have created the chart in reports!
But it doesn't work properly, you're ignoring the fact that your data repeats forever in the table view. And you're saying it must be demo data issue but it's obvious it's not since the repeated data is identical.

That could be a file permission issue. Try resetting file permissiona and ownership

If you make any of the options a "parameter" it shows on the report and the user can edit that parameter without editing the whole report.

Yes, absolutely. Sorry for the late reply. You just create a security group and add the report to the security group.

Make sure you've selected the correct module in reports. I would think either leads or contacts. It may not be in the events module.

In your php.ini file turn errors off. If you're using Cpanel hosting, there is an option to turn display errors off.
