Great walk through. With the issues you encountered, it was good to see your eventual issue resolution steps, allowing a better understanding, for us, of how this actually works.
I'm just starting off with SuiteCRM 8.0 and developing a solution for a non-profit organization in a low socio-economic region and SuiteCRM, though seemingly less full-featured, flexible and costly than MS Dynamics CRM (that I'm using with another non-profit organization) looks like it will do the job nicely (after some more effort by me learning how to make it sing and dance).

Hi Paul, there are a step that misses in the video, how to add the list of the second dropdown child list ?

You don't add a second dropdown. All child values are entered in a single dropdown 8:30 is where I enter the second list of values in the same dropdown. The key is the prefix.
