    Thanks to you i was able to demonstrate a successful demo of the product that was a good selling point for my company. Keep up your good work. Would you be able to show how to create dashboards from scratch like from the beginning of data.

      Glad it helped! What specifically do you mean create dashboards? Do you mean add a dashlet? I think I have how to do that in my intro to SuiteCRM video.

    Hi Paul,
    Thanks for the video. @24:31 I can see that the case Description box in your case appears as plain text but in my case description box has html. Do you know how we can easily switch to plain text from html?

      You'd have to edit and customize the field definition. However, I don't think you want to do that because it imports in emails as HTML.

    Hi Paul, thanks for your content, great video as always. Have you been able to successfully upgrade from version 7 to 8? Would be great a video about that....

      I have successfully installed 8. There is no "official" way to upgrade to 8 at the moment. There is a suggested procedure to migrate your SuiteCRM 7 install to a new SuiteCRM 8 install. I just haven't tried it yet. I'll wait a bit until it's perfected or they have an automated way of doing it. Seems way to involved and just don't see the benefit at the moment to upgrade to 8.

    Thanks for a great video. I've also read the manual, and it does not emphasis the email component you spent a lot of time on. In my use situation, cases should only be opened by an individual on staff, and the case information should never be emailed or shared with the subject individual. So, my question is, how necessary is email for this to function? THanks!

    wich version of suitecrm ?? i have issue with the last version for setup this

      It works on all versions. I'm currently on the latest and it works. 7.11.18 and it has worked on previous versions.
