- This is a basic wall with window here on the 10x12 shed. The window that we are using here needs a rough opening of 32" x 36". The header is made from 2x4's with a sheet of 1/2" OSB sandwedged between them. Liquid nails adhesive is used on the floor to connect the wall then screws and nails are used to make sure that the wall is fastened down tight.

Thank you for watching.
Looking forward to see your choice in framing technique for the roof.
Its something that I have never done before! That should be the 6th videos in this series.
I'm making a shed too and I got a question. When I join the corners of the walls together should I use double studs on each side or is that not necessary
You can use a California corner. It's a design that uses only 2 studs to make a corner on 1 wall. Then the next wall has 1 stud on the end.
Hi, im building a shed soon using 4x2 and 18mm osb board, and have planned to have planned to have 600mm distance in stud walls is this okay or should i change it to 400mm? Getting quite worried now as first time building and dont wana mess it all up
600 is fine
Good job amezing...
Thank you. This build has been going smoothly.
Pisses me off when people think they are the suddenly framers, making informative videos
You must be upset a lot watching youtube for framing help. Old books might be a better place to start than youtube.
