Please correct me if I’m wrong, but what I’m hearing right now is the follow industries/investments would be things to look into this years: 1. Utility companies, natural resources, mining companies, and oil/gas companies (these are defensive) 2. Technology (as a result of growth of AI) 3. Real estate may be smart to start looking into in the future as governments look to lower interest rates, especially commercial real estate (perhaps REITs wouldn’t be a bad idea either?) 4. Private credit/debt (where we as investors provide the credit/debt as opposed to banks - properties would be an example of a strong security) 5. A good time to lock in on long-term higher rate returns due to interest rates decreasing (do we have an example of this? or is real estate an example of this) 6. Private equity in defensive industries (like healthcare) 7. AI, climate change (alternative fuels, etc.), elderly care, warehouses, etc. are things to look at

Bitcoin halving in a few months. It will be a rising tide for the rest of crypto market. Factor in the approval of Bitcoin spot ETFs in the US, this bull market may end up being very lucrative.
