The Houthis did not move to revive the Zaidi doctrine, but rather after the attacks of September 11, and they said that we must unite the ranks of Muslims because America intends to enter the Middle East region to control it, and Israel is an American base. The Houthis are a humanitarian Islamic revolution for all, and it is called the Quranic March, which is better for the region, and they did not fight Ali Abdullah Saleh.On the contrary, he is the one who fought them for the sake of Saudi and American support Al-Houthi considers the Guevara of the world and the region, not just Yemen, to defend human rights against Zionism, liberalism, and the war they wage against peoples and nations for the sake of the dollar. I think that Palestinians are entitled to their independent statehood: A nation of palestine made of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank with a dedicated route style bullet + marchandise train that allow them to interconnect and exchange goods without interference from Israel. Israel was given this piece of land as a compensation for enduring a genocide. Then why can't Palestinians be compensated for suffering the same treatment? I know that the intensity was not comparable, but in 4 months only the toll is of the same magnitude. The ICJ should come up with some kind of rulings before Gaza is totally eradicated from the face of this earth, under the watchful eyes of the enablers who are Israel's accomplices for this crime of humanity. This is the solution for peace in the Middle East. It will take at least a generation or two to find stability. But this present generation will accept the sacrifice and swallow its pride, set aside their retaliation, for the sake of their children, because the hope to rebuild a nation from its ashes is made possible. The other solution, as Dr. Cornel West propose is a one state with equal rights for both Israel and Palestinians, the way it used to be before the WWI, but i'm a little pessimistic about that because of the extremists in both camps and the mediatization of their propaganda financially backed by third interested parties seeking geopolitical domination of the region.

In the absence of the rest of the cowardly Muslim leadership, the Houthis are the only ones who have taken a meaningful stance.
Having said that though I do think that some of the Gulf States may covertly be supporting the Houthis without wanting to upset their colonial masters. Otherwise you would have expected Saudi Arabia and the UAE to join in with the US and the UK against the Houthis.
