Here is what I don't understand. The UN is asking for nearly $4 billion USD to support Yemen and have received less than half of that. Why is that so when they are close to some of the wealthiest countries (Like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Iran, Oman etc.) who have hundreds of billions of dollars in oil wealth and could very easily pay for some of the damage they are causing!

Here is what I don't understand. The UN is asking for nearly $4 billion USD to support Yemen and have received less than half of that. Why is that so when they are close to some of the wealthiest countries (Like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Iran, Oman etc.) who have hundreds of billions of dollars in oil wealth and could very easily pay for some of the damage they are causing!
