Know what you mean... In 2008 I got real lucky and scored backstage passes to Steve's pre-show party and free tickets in Madison Square Garden during the Magic tour. I felt like everyone there was my brother as we sang and danced our hearts out... Incredible and every concert from here on out will pale in comparison. And yet... even the worst BS&ESB concert blows away anyone else on their best day.
@jtwakfld ah.. I was listening to the radio down there and they said it was for Waiting. Oh well. I have shows at MSG and the last one of this leg in Newark so will have to hope to hear those then.
@weakkneeswillie I was there for this... apparently he was going to do She's the One, not Waiting on a Sunny Day, but a little girl had a sign asking for Waiting so he switched it up (would have so loved to hear She's the One)... agree he needs to change it up, although it was still a great show.
Huge +1 on the crowd. I was up in Section 407 and was one of only a few that got off their asses and danced during the show. Sure the folks on the floor were rockin', there weren't any chairs! Everywhere else you looked people were just sitting around. How the hell does one SIT during a Springsteen concert? Serious WTF here...
@schnizzle07 I was there also, according to the setlist he cut She's the One for Lonesome Day. Would've rather heard She's the One but oh well. We heard them working on that and Glory Days in the rehearsal and none of those made it.
I was there..... awesome!!!!
Thanks Jeremy
i cant wait till Oct 30th in Rochester NY
