Back in October I quit drinking soda and cut back on the processed sugar I was eating. Other than that, I have changed nothing else. I find that I am eating less over all because I am not suffering the sugar crashes that I used to get that drove me to eat sweets
Loved this! It's similar to the book The One Thing, which is all about prioritizing, to cut through the chaos. Break things down into steps, then ask yourself, what is the one thing I can do RIGHT NOW to get me closer to my goal. If you need to make an important phone call, but it's Sunday night, that won't work. Don't be discouraged, choose another thing. That book took me from 30 years of dreaming about my business, to actually starting my business, in 1 year. ❤
Wise words, I just subscribed, thank you. I am doing little things all the time. My Mr. Is always telling me when I say I didn’t get much done, he starts listing the things I did do…. He is my best cheerleader. And that is probably why I love him so!! I feel like we are still newlyweds of 38 years..
I’ve used the power of one with decluttering, and it has been amazing. I need to expand that method to other areas. Thank you for the encouragement to do this. I need to do that with health changes. While listening to your videos, I got rid of one thing. I give away or throw away one thing a day. Often, I get rid of many more things, but I allow myself to feel good about one thing. I think giving yourself credit for one thing is powerful when it is consistent. The one thing I am going to do is not having sugar, honey, or maple syrup along with no unsweetened cocoa or any chocolate. I need to lose weight and not eat anything chocolate for my esophagus issue. Those things are my major stumbling blocks.
This video is right on time! I'm writing a novel. My one thing is writing everyday for 30 minutes to an hour. My goal is 800 words a day. When I write I focus on just writing and nothing else. No distractions. It's hard! 😂 But so far I'm doing okay.
I love this. This is like the how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. You are speaking exactly how I feel. It gets sooo overwhelming and my husband doesn't understand. So, today I will sweep and mop my office. Thank you for this. Be blessed!!!💙
Thank you for getting to the point. You give great advice quickly. My goal today is to clean my basement, but I have been saying that for the last couple weeks.😂 Wish me luck!!

Finally, someone who gets it!
Breaking my goals into singular steps has been a game changer for me.

Thanks. This is what I needed. If I can’t give 100% I normally give in. No more 😊
I am going to the gym at this very moment and I will declutter one drawer today.
