good looking buick George ! i have a 2002 buick park avenue . if you have not done the intake gaskets or cooling elbows yet keep an eye out on that deal . our motors are great ! "GM" came out with real crappy factory gaskets though . replaced all mine with fel pro along with metal coolant elbows and an up graded intake .
These era Lesabre is just simply great rigs...on powertrains and comfortably fine and affordable ammenities....hated to leave My beater '03 Custom there when I chose moving to to Panama instead. Love affair missed
I just got one not to long ago love it to death lots of plans on mine funny enough before I saw your you tube I was trying to look through buying wheels don't got much money to get but saw your car on the gallery Do you know of how to upgrade suspension and get bigger sway bars
I have the DR-77 on my car I actually recommend the drag dr-70 or get a set of deep dish for it . Idk anything about suspension I always just change my suspension parts out for matching parts but I am later down the road looking into putting the car on coil overs
@@georgethelesabre7547 I've looked and looked for coilovers might have to get custom even other cars on the same h-body chassis that are sporty don't have anything all motor no handling aftermarket so far you got a tik tok for your car love to keep in contact if I find anything I'd let you know I plan on getting ssr professor sp1 18x7.5 offset of 43 wraped in 235 40 r18 but just a thought at moment making a custom body kit soon
Based on my own experience with Buick cars, definitely it's a much better car to purchase compared to Lincoln cars, especially Buick Park Avenue. IMHO: Buick Park Avenue also has spacious interior, smooth ride, luxurious and elegant design. My gallery on RUclips shows this. Pictures worth a thousand words!
That was a good deal on the headliner I need to get mine done on my 2000 and also need to get the dashboard has come loose at the instrument panel that’s quite common in these Buicks maybe not 2000 files but an older ones like 2000 to 2002 or three want to get that fixed other than that nice car good interior seats in good shape all the other interior is nice for the car’s age

Im actually about to sell or trade it for a truck. Definitely a good car though.
Simple care longevity
@@georgethelesabre7547 these are such easy keepers, though...?
@@928gto they are its a really good car, reliable and even a little quick. Easy to fix anything on it also.
@@georgethelesabre7547 such fine upkeep on that outfit...labor of love older rigs are

Radio shoulda been the first thing with a touch screen. Amps and subs was cool
I don't listen to music much, the amp and sub was free it's the only reason I had one
touch screens look tacky in older cars
Are the front calipers dual or single piston?
No clue, I have yet to do the brake pads, will be doing that soon though
It'd really be good with a Northstar V8.
Northstar V8 is literally the worse engine. I would rather Ls swap it go a big 5.3l but these 3800 v6 can be beefed up making around 500whp.

Does that ride better than an Impala?
Wouldn’t know, i dont own an impala. But probably does 😂 its a couch on wheels
It rides way better than a impala. Impala rides on 4 struts LeSabre got air ride in the back
