Tatyana, I followed your recipe but added cranberries and walnuts. Let me just say they were TERRIFIC! The dough was easy to work with. I kept it in the fridge overnight and baked the next day. One word: delish. My husband and I LOVED them! Looks like I won't need Panera anymore. 😅 Many thanks for sharing!
Lovely flavour combination, Tatyana, and not one that I've tried before. I do love variety with scone flavours. I'll have to give these a go before I get into Christmas baking 😋
Your recipies have been such a hit in my house (I of course mean the dishes that I've made using your recipies, the kids don't really care about the recipies themselves 😁. My brother will be visiting from overseas for a few weeks and he will love these. I'll post an update to let you know how they turn out. Thank you.
I've never baked scones in my life, it's about time to start making them and yours look very delicious. I will surely try to make some during the holidays and I will let you know if it will be a success. Have a nice weekend!
Fantastic Tatyana!! You make it look so easy!! Can't wait to try it. What a wonderful idea for fall! My wife's family are Scottish and they love their scones! Have a great weekend! Hope you and your family are all well 💙💛
These look incredible! I was originally looking for ways to use my sour dough starter. I wonder if I could use this recipe and the starter? Either way I have to try this out!!
Hi! No, I haven't tried baking them from frozen. When I need to make them ahead of time, I keep them in the refrigerator. I recommend thawing the frozen ones on a baking sheet in the refrigerator overnight, then baking. Enjoy!
Cant wait to make this soon for me can i use vegan butter /coconut and cashew cream i never had cranberry orange scones before perfect for my after office snacks
I think the written instructions are incorrect. It says 1/4 Cup of orange juice added to the Cup of powdered sugar. That makes it WAY too runny. I watched the video again and saw you use juice from 1/2 an orange. Other than that, they taste wonderful. My first scone I've every made.
@@TatyanasEverydayFood Thank you. We shared them friends and family. Everyone said they're the best they've had. Can I substitute other fruit like blueberries, etc in the recipe without the orange additives?
@@garybnkr That's so wonderful to hear! :) Yes, I love these with blueberries, too. I have that recipe here: tatyanaseverydayfood.com/blueberry-scones/

Thank you! I personally haven't work with sour dough so I'm not sure how to incorporate it into the recipe. Let me know if it works well! :)
Hi Tatyana! Have you tried freezing the dough and then bake from frozen? Would appreciate your advice. Thanks! 😊

Thank you for sharing. How do you store? Counter or fridge?
My pleasure! Enjoy! Store them in a closed container at room temperature.

These will work great with a vegan butter. You want the butter to be very cold so it creates crumbles with the flour. Hope you enjoy these!
Awesome
Yummy 😋

Where are the weights and quantities? Couldn’t’ find them in your website either.

Can we use cake flour?
I personally haven't tried caked flour but it should work well, too
