Thank you for this easy summer recipe. I would be interested in trying this but maybe adding a couple of egg yolks before cooking and finishing with some butter. This lemon curd would be great in a trifle or even as a filling for a two layer cake. This is a perfect palate cleanser after a spicy meal.

Adding butter to lemon curd after removing it from the heat gives flavour and helps firm up the curd so it isn't runny the next day. You can also make a lemon curd, chill, and then fold in whipped cream to achieve a similar result.
@@WinolaPangestu-n9v Egg yolks (2 or 3) are added before cooking so the don't scramble. Butter is added after cooking the mixture until it thickenes. Then allow mixture to cool until room temperature. Then chill in fridge. Try googling lemon curd recipes.

무스가 과자부분에 많이 스며들까요?? 레시피에 무스가 많이 묽은지 알고싶어요!!
일반 치즈케이크 반죽보다는 조금 묽은 편인 것 같아요~
이 레시피는 젤라틴이 들어가지 않아 모양을 잡아 굳히기는 어려운데 만약 모양을 잡아 굳히고 싶으시다면 젤라틴을 추가로 넣어 만드시면 좋을 것 같아요~
