DR Golfs yeah but he’s only played like 2 events sanctioned by the PGA Tour... and with pebble beach one of the hardest courses in the world being one of em.
He cut a finger joint of a thumb of right hand for accident during the work of sashimi of tuna, when he was a high school student, coz of so poor and then wandering for life, after did national service, when he was 25years old, he did start a part time job in Anyang Best club in Korea. He just have a few hours to practice early in the morning, because he had to do a hard work to manage club course. He can not hold a grip to tight, so he invented a fisher swing to adapt for a professional league. And after 4years, he passed a pro, and joined for tour. He is a really hard worker behind with a very sad story, anyway he has always a smile.
Eric L unfortunately he was +4 thru 10 before fighting back to even. He was also playing Monterey that day, not Pebble. PGA Tour live should have had him on though....
It goes to show that the biggest attribute to being a good golfer is natural hand speed. All the stuff about, balance, shifting weight, etc., is all well and good but if you have quick-twitch muscles and the resulting good hand speed, all you need is a swing that is consistent time after time.
His follow through is just a gimmick. He doesn't need it, but its his signature to make him standout. Lets be realistic for a second. He'll probably never win a PGA tour event and thats not to say he's not a good golfer, so he needs to something to be famous for. If you look at his swing, its a pretty good golf swing. His weight shift on the downswing, swing path, release and impact is comparable to most PGA tour player swings.
Shakester71 he’s been doing it for like 6 years and it took him 5 years to standout. Why did he standout? Because he almost qualified for the Open in Korea and won in Japan, getting him inside the Top 200. He’s 45, obviously probably won’t win on Tour.
they teach you so much in golf just to hit the ball straight and this guy swing is wild stance is horrible and his little ballerina twirl at the end should've sent that ball slicing and dicing through the course yet it went straight howwwww in the world
This guy gotta stop, he is a professional golfer not a clown in a circus. His way of playing is not fair to other golfers who are unfortunately paired with him. STOP!
It's bullshit really. His set up is pretty conventional, everything up to impact is fundamentally sound, the ball has gone by the time he pivots around all over the place. Makes no difference at that point
Seen him hit his playing oppenet with his ridiculous follow through. Your 5 mins of fame are up buddy. Hes a joke dont let kids watch this clown and try to be like him.
I hope this guy is in contention on a Sunday at some point
Austin Buley yes sir!
Oh me too. I will be wishing on a star
Yeah cause then he'll be even more animated!
His average pga tour score is 74 look it up. Thats great score but crap for pga tour

This guy seems to genuinely enjoy every moment of the game, good or bad, just loves playing golf

LEE KUAN VUN @ ALBERT he has 2 Japanese tour wins.
He really mucked up that one hole, although didn't pull a Kevin Na at least! Showed good composure on that one. I hope he comes back to the Tour!
cullinaire yea he’s awesome!
Disappointing this is all they showed when he was 4 under thru 10 at one point
Eric L unfortunately he was +4 thru 10 before fighting back to even. He was also playing Monterey that day, not Pebble. PGA Tour live should have had him on though....
Just goes to show you that you can have fun in this game without a perfect swing.
I will be so much his fan , I swing just like him! 😍

Seriously, he gives everybody hope. We all have the potential to be single handicap with our shitty swing.
Fuckin right5
He is a hero of amature!
I see the Light! I still have a chance to get better 🤣🤣🤣
1:08 he curses in korean lmao
Easily best part, best part was that was actually Aaron Rodgers who said it .

He better stand still on this one or we may not see him again.
Lol if you’re going to swear on live TV, swear in Korean @1:09 😂😂
Michael Zhang I can’t believe Aaron Rodgers did that😂
@@hosunghighlights3097 that was aaron that said that?
golfmaniac007 yes, Aaron researched a bunch of Korean cuss words and was using them throughout
@@hosunghighlights3097 Mad respect for Aaron. Perfect usage of 18. Now I'm a fan. haha
싀-발!
He's actually got a really good swing leading to contact, its just everything around it thats fun to watch.
Choi is the kind of guy that takes your money on the course.
Cool swing!
Tiger woods needs to teach this man And we got a happy Gilmore story.
Badass, he's his own boss.
1:08 Someone yelled "Fuck" in Korean..OTL 😅
very funny🤣I see the hope and I can join PGA
1:08 He said the Korean version of "F-you!"
RK831 Aaron Rodgers his playing partner said that
The dude can play. He’ll be alright.
30 Second Golf Lessons no doubt. Hopefully can get a few asian tour tournaments to get the confidence back
Hosung Highlights hopefully he learned so much from this! Just needs to keep playing his game, being himself, and keep playing big events.
he shallows his club nicely
멋쩌부려요 ㅎ
My swing looks better, but his results are better. Lol
0.57 - your welcome
Making A Club Champion you mean 0:57

Hosung Highlights what did he win in Japan? A club tourney?
He has three wins on the Japan Golf Tour, last was in 2019.

No I want to see golf on ice for some reason
Is this dude just a gimmick or something?
Completely.
Has 5 more professional wins than you will ever have champ
That putt! 😡. What a weird swing too.
Swing töö hard.
This guy gotta stop, he is a professional golfer not a clown in a circus. His way of playing is not fair to other golfers who are unfortunately paired with him. STOP!
얼쑤
He has no chance with that swing
Top 220 in world buddy ...
@@hosunghighlights3097 that is nice but he will have a hard time winning a tournament. Good luck to him though

Jare Roken setting up 70 yards right of the target isn’t exactly conventional

I don’t understand how this guy is on the tour. 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Chris Scott he’s a four-time worldwide winner and top 200 in the world rankings ......
What a joke!!
Shadi Jebaili he would destroy you
"gives lessons to everybody" ? haha, I don't think I would want a lesson from him, to be honest..
