I bought the skybell slim 2 and the app won't allow me to log in. Have you every heard of a problem like this? Created the account online with a computer, required, then the app won't take that login as valid. Tried customer support, they say they can't talk to me if I'm not a dealer. Any suggestions?
So far my biggest problem with the doorbell is ecstatic. I had a mechanical doorbell with a plate cover. I have the ADC-VDB105X installed, and there is no plate cover for it. There are 2 big gab on the side of the camera; as a result, the final product does not look appealing.
Amen to that. The lag and image is horrible. I got mine through adt. By the time it detects motion, and try to pull up love view, the motion is way home. And you can't select where the motion is detected. It just senses cars along with people passing my house. This is why I pre ordered the ring doorbell pro 2 to replace the junk I have now
Do not buy this, the motion tracking is terrible (I've driven right by one of ours in our car with the motion detection set on high and it didn't even record it), only records for 30 seconds then 30 second pause in between recordings. Hardware is fine but the software that powers it is horrible. Trust me, get something else.

Stupid app makes it difficult to set up and then ADT can't help because it takes 2 ro 3 weeks to see
