Daemon's mom died when he was 2 or 3 so he doesn't know what she looks like. Seems like Alys knows this and is planting dreams in his head. Also, the Green boys are Rhaneyras half-brothers.
Criston made an error dragging Meleys's head thru the streets. If Otto was still around that wouldn't have happened. I love seeing the last bit of power Alicent had just slip away. The Mysaria and Rhaenyra team up might be promising. I'm really looking forward to next week's episode.
Team Green: Vhagar with Aemond Sunfyre(badly injured ) with aegon Dreamfyre with Helaena (is not used in the war in the book) Tessarion with Daeron (hasn't been introduced yet) Plus two very small dragons that are negligible to the story Team Black: Syrax with Rhaenyra Caraxes with Daemon Vermax with Jace Tyraxes (small) with Joffrey Stormcloud ( very small) with Aegon the son of Rhaenyra Moondancer with Baela plus wild Vermithor (huge, unclaimed) wild Silverwing (big, unclaimed ) wild Sheepstealer (unclaimed) Seasmoke (possibly unclaimed ? used to belong to Laenor, husband of Rhaeynra)
Titles of nobility in different countries are different, as are the ways you are expected to address nobility. In Britain for example you are expected to greet the Queen or lately King as "Your Majesty", a Price or Princess as "Your Royal Highness" and a Duke as "Your Grace". Lower titles also have things. But in Westeros the King or Queen is styled "Your Grace", a Prince or Princess as "My Prince(ess)", and the Dukes are basically the guys the run each of the 7 realms, and they are all styled slightly differently and have a bunch of fanciful titles like "Warden of the West, etc" but are still just addressed as "My Lord" in Westeros. Whereas in many European countries they'd have a bunch of ranks like Marquis, Earl, Viscount, Baron, etc. Westeros skips a lot of titles for simplicity and thats fine to me.
I'm team green cause i honestly find the characters way more interesting. I personally am more entertained with the green council rather than the black one. And the fact that they have more of a dark side is just more captivating. Meanwhile i wish they did Rhaenyra as she was in the book with more of a dark side, i think that would make her WAY more interesting than just being nice all the time. So yeah, seeing the green characters as more flawed people to me is more interesting. I also the blacks get more complexity from Daemon which so far is their best character in that team. Of course both sides do horrible shit and i don't think anyone would defend those actions in real life. But as a fantasy show and it being entertainment i enjoy more fucked up characters.
The reason it is "Your Grace" instead of "My Grace" is because you are acknowledging the grace or favor that belongs to the person you are addressing. It is a form of deference and respect, indicating that the grace or dignity resides with them, not with you. Similarly, other honorifics like "Your Majesty" or "Your Highness" follow the same principle.
And many will switch sides. It’s what happens when you give ordinary people dragons to ride. And by the end of the series there will be no dragons until 170 years later with Dany and her three she hatches.
That blonde girl Elinda visited is also the girl Aegon assaulted in season 1.
