In the wintertime you also often get "Maroni" (roasted sweet Chestnuts) and "Kartoffelpuffer" which is a potato based patty that is eaten with garlic and often sour cream sauce, much like the "Langos". And of course a lot of more international potato dishes like fries and chips. Those are always popular, no matter where you go.
