my personal tips: 1. leberkase in SPAR/BILLA - you choose the thickness of slice, and you can tell em to put mustard or other stuff in there, they pack it up and you pay at cash register 2. 1/2 Grilled Chicken in SPAR + 2 sesame semmels + a bit sth for drink = cheap, good food, the chicken is juicy, skin crunchy, and it all together like up to 6 euros... one of the best post-workout meals :D 3. fresh sandwiches in BILLA - nice variety, decent price, fills you up good - these three have the advantage that those shops are everywhere, and most of them except maybe the smallest stores have spots with these stuffs :) of course there are tons of Anker/Felber/Mann spots all around the city and they also offer a nice variety of very good sandwiches (Anker has awesome brownies :D ) these might not be superunique, but if you just want to explore the city (not just the centre) and you want to save up for more important stuff (like cool stuff you might want to buy or get a ticket for some museum), then those are great options to eat sth tasty while not destroying your bank account :D
I often eat Leberkäse at Billa or Spar in Upper Austria, but the quality of Leberkäs Peppi is WAY better! And they have a huge Variety, yesterday I had one made of Buffalo meat, very delicious!

Der Wiener Deewan in Liechtensteinstraße. A pakistani pay as you wish bufet with several vegetarian options (rice, stews, dals..). A very student-y, place. Also the more modern Würstelstände offer veggie options (with vegan Sausages) too (alles Wurscht, Wiener Würstelstand in Pfeilgasse, Speisekammer,…). Great is also the Vietnamese vegan restaurant chain Vevi (3 Restaurants throughout the city). You can always find a few vegetarian options at traditional Austrian restaurants (e.g. dumplings and mushroom sauce or creamed spinach with potatos and egg at “zu den 3 Hacken”). For good napolitan pizza I recommend Angolo 22 which is quite close to the 1st district. More “alternative” and cheap options in the students quarter (9th district): Weltcafe, Café Gagarin, Statt-Beisl I’m WUK. Also check out yppenplatz-plenty of great international restaurants and food stalls with many vegetarian options (garbanzo, irakisch kass, kafeneon, mani, sofì, Café Club international,…)

Seems like you had a great connection with the Feinkost at the supermarkets! Which are great btw! A simple Deli within a supermarket.
@@KhyatiPuria BILLA Plus also has fried liver, which I usually eat in a semmel plus mustard :)))
I GREW UP IN VIENNA: YOU ARE 100 💯 PERCENT RIGHT 👍🏼

Glad you enjoyed it!
I've been in that area so very often during my lunch break walks - why on earth did I never notice Leberkas Pepi??
Very nice❤ Thank you
Thanks for the info! Can you please also do a video of good but reasonably priced Asian restaurants in Vienna?
Still, nice 👍🙂 video but someone should paint that wall where you drank your last cup of coffee ☕ so Vienna could look more beautiful ❤️😍
You're right!

Enjoy!!
What’s the link to this series? And why don’t you say or show the address of each place???

🤣🤣🤣 that's absolutely NOT CHEAP 🤣🤣🤣
Not so easy to go „Cheap“ in Vienna‘s first district 😅
Is it normal to eat on the go when walking around in Vienna. I see this only common in the US and of course with a 32 Oz cup of Soda on the other hand
Like in any other big city, people are sometimes short on time. So yes could happen, but of course the real Viennese way is to sit and enjoy
Can you mention a few options for vegetarians? I am visiting Austria in June, some travel tips would be helpful
Will make a video about it! Thanks!

How much is 11euro in dollars?
~ 12 dollars
Expensive,6 dumplings almost 10euro
Dukatenbuchteln is overrated, the dough is salty and a bit like old bread
If they are made good and fresh they should be like a soft pillow. Agree, bad Buchteln aren’t my favorites.
2:37 wtf
This hidden gem deserves a much wider audience!
Appreciate it! 🙏🏽
🙄🙄😳😳 That's not cheap 🤔🤔🙄. Go to supermarket or Naschmarkt
I never considered Naschmarkt as cheap 😅
Please make a video on Salzburg and insbruk
Will try to include it! Stay tuned!
Laolao looks yummy!😊
