    So you get out before you run, you exercise, you journal, you take a shower and head for work? I am exhausted! Good on you! maybe if I watch long enough, I will get physically fit! Lol.

    I just wonder if instead of drinking more coffee, if you just drank a tea or a warm water with lemon or something similar if that would have the same effect as the caffeine in coffee? Because you’re running and getting up earlier, maybe it’s not caffeine you’re wanting as much as just more fluids. Isn’t Caffeine a dehydrator? I’m just wondering if maybe you’re needing more fluids? Something to check into.
