  • Hey guys, Stevo Runs here, the channel created for like minded people looking to become fitter and healthier people! If that sounds like you then please consider subscribing and let’s go on our running journey together.
    Follow me through a journey trying to become a better runner and have an all round healthier lifestyle. This channel will include regular uploads with advice, new challenges, new methods & time trials where I attempt to beat my PB’s and seeing if there is progress! Anything I learn on the way will be passed on to you with an honest opinion.

    My upcoming races are Brackley 10k, The Otmoor Challenge Half, Oxford Half and Abingdon Marathon.
    My current times as of now and starting from scratch are:
    5k - 19.18
    10k - 41.25
    Half Marathon 1.33
    Marathon 3.48
    I’m actively working on a better healthier lifestyle and on improvements in every running distance with a goal of completing an ultra in the near future!

    Looking good mate, smashing the miles, for your 30 mile you could do loops from home,if you do 10km loops every 10km you can have a fuelling stop, i did it this weekend and it worked well. Keep up the miles mate.

      Cheers Sean. That’s a good shout except I can’t guarantee leaving my house on mile 24 so I think I need to be miles away to force finish. I’ll see what happens
