    Yet more proof that IG needs to stop pricing like they're the best and actually making something that justifies double the price of tarmac works and Inno.

    Tomytex always seems to produce the most accurate models vs other brands. The downside on my experience is, its prone to paint rash. Tho the model they are producing are ultra crisp in details.

    • @possibly8180
      @possibly8180 4 месяца назад +1

      You'd think they'd have better paint prep for the prices most of their models fetch. I'd honestly love to own one of their models but the fact there's always a chance it'll just rash over no matter how good you store or display them kind of kills the appeal of their undoubtedly sharp castings for me. Me happening to live in a humid country doesn't help either.

    • @myeyeshurtasf
      @myeyeshurtasf 4 месяца назад

      I tried so hard to not expose them to direct sunlight but still they get the paint rash and it's just so frustrating especially it's an expensive brand but the paint is just so prone to this issue.

    • @xinember3002
      @xinember3002 4 месяца назад

      @@myeyeshurtasf have you tried applying modelling wax? been using that method to delayed the paint from rashing.

    • @MonaKlisa
      @MonaKlisa 4 месяца назад

      Tomitec is great but only one trouble is always bother collectors "the paint is easy to get paint rash" is not long lasting paint, if they upgrade their paint quality problem solve.

    • @hanyue6174
      @hanyue6174 4 месяца назад +2

      @@MonaKlisa depends on where you live, i live in Australia and Tomytec TLV paint isn't really prone to rash down here.
      however countries like Thailand, Malaysia, SIngapore, indonesia the paint does rash up quickly.

      So true, its not fragile like other brand, im not to afraid if i drop the tomytec model but if i drop the inno64, focal horizon or time micro, i feel like im gonna cry😭😭. Every tomytec that i buy, i never get the defect one, but other brand i at least get some minor defect or i broke something after buy it because of how fragile there are.
      Inno64 for example, i love inno model because its pretty accurate and have nice finishing, but the downside is i hate how low quality the plastic base of the car, you can literally bend the plastic base easily, unlike tomytec base, eventhough its plastic, but tomytec plastic base is so solid, thick and feels good when you grab it in your hand

  • @LeezyM44
    @LeezyM44 4 месяца назад +2

    I like the Inno64 version but love the Tomytec packaging 😎 I also picked up a yellow version 400R made by PopRace. Rolls nice, has the Nismo on the intercooler, even has the Carbon detail on the spoiler... And it has opening bonnet ( hood) and boot (Trunk).
    Great wee model for the price, around $16 or so...👍

    A lot of the pictures of the 400R I've seen, look to have the yellow center inside the black center cap. I'd say minus the weird wheel/tire sizing issue, Inno64 was more accurate as far as the yellow wheel center goes
