Did you see any banjos in there that you've never seen before?

2:56 The 6 String Banjo, this is my favorite because it takes me back to the good old fashioned Dixieland Jazz Era

    Needs an upright bass banjo

For the Fiddle Banjo, get some Geared Violin machine heads & also use N719 Silver Round Wound Strings, those have a lower tension so that the top will vibrate more freely

I'll keep those strings in mind, thanks. I absolutely want to get some geared machine heads for my Pochette. The Banjo Fiddle I made has fine tuners on the tailpiece so it's easy to manage.

@@MountainHomeJerrel It'll sound great, they make them.

Love the fretless bass banjo, but it is not unknown to me. Made 2 of them, one of a 18 inch gourd, and one for a friend from a 16 inch walking drum. The latter sounds best, probably due to depth of the drum, it is about 16 inch deep!😊 You sure have some "sexy" fans...😂

Wow that's great! I can only imagine what those sound like. One day I'd like to hear a proper Gold Tone Bass Banjo with 14" rim. Thanks for watching!

@@MountainHomeJerrel if you have access to some old drums from a kit, larger than 14" will help the sound a lot, and not too shallow. Could fit the goldtone fretless on it, I assume you can move that neck around different instruments?

@@ErickvdK yeah, the benefit of banjo necks is being able to replace them. I had considered finding a drum from an old kit but haven't seen one come up in a sale for a decent price yet. Good thinking.

Loved seeing all the banjos. I’m excited to hear more of them.
By the way, your “only fans” - priceless. 🪭
