For the first few trips I actually used an electric heated blanket that ran off the trailers 12v system. Now I use a diesel heater that I built out of an action packer case. I have a video on the heater build.

Just curious....how happy are you with the insulation? Think it's enough, or wishing you'd used 2x2's to allow more insulation?

Nope im happy with it, using 2x2 would have lost more space. Which is not worth the extra insulation to me.
