Hey! A little off topic but can you tell me what EST (Electric Service Tool) Would be best to use for diagnosing a 1998 International 3800 with the DT466e engine? Also, where can I get tools like the IPR breakout harness, icp adapter kit and ICP test sensor, pressure sensor breakout and ipr block-off tool?

Actually, I meant to ask about software. I was looking to use my own laptop as the computer, if possible. Do you ever use any software and or scanner to diagnose?
Yes I do let ge the exact names and I send them to you but you what’s the most expensive part is probably not the software is got to the the connector to the truck I paid close to $900.00

For parts I was looking to get all the parts mention in my initial comment. For software I was looking to get Navistar Engine Diagnostics (NED) software. I have a 1998 International 3800 with the DT466e
What costed you $900 the software? Which do you use? Also, what scanner do you use or recommend? I was interested in the Nexiq USB link 2 Bluetooth. You Know anything about these? I really want this stuff to have in case an issue, like the one I'm having now (cranks, turns, but no start), since I'm trying to convert a school bus into an RV. Can't get it back started to get back to it tho. :'(
