I only learned recently that in the US it's common to order one big pizza and everyone eats it together, whereas in Europe the standard is that everyone just orders their own pizza flavour! Maybe this partly explains the larger sizes in the USA 🤔
Americans also have a culture of consuming more leftovers than other countries. We have more options for taking leftover food home from restaurants and opportunities to eat leftover food at lunch for work

I’ll never forget my first pizza experience in China back in 2009. I was a teenager and our Chinese friend thought I would like pizza (something American) after being in China for 3 months. He comes back to the apt with like 10 mini pizzas from a local chain. I open one of the boxes, it has peas, diced carrots, corn, and ham. But under the cheese there was this greenish hue. Not wanting to be rude I tried it. The sauce was blueberry sauce! I tried my best to eat it and not laugh my ass off 😂
Lol. I'm Aussie and used to work at dominos. I'll admit they have done a big change in the last few years so it's nothing like when I used to work there. It may be on another level according to you but I'm trying to decide whether it's a level up or down as it doesn't really seem to be anything special compared to these pizzas either. There's one place in the US that I know puts potato on pizza here. Mellow Mushroom. It's quite delicious, too. I think it's in the flavor of those loaded potato skins with bacon and sour cream.

I currently work at dominos and we have quite a few more drink options than what was shown. we also do not have dr. pepper as an option. also, dominos in the u.s. does NOT promise a delivery in 30 mins or less as that is very dangerous for the drivers and others on the road. could you imagine someone driving way above the speed limit just to promise a 30 min delivery time?? anyways, super jealous of all the chinese options, as some of them seem way more exiciting than the u.s. options. Also, just remember that the products shown in the video are not fresh. they have been sitting in the studio that they film in for possibly an hour or more. most of the products shown look way different than what a typical customer would receive, even taking delivery time into account. great video, enjoy!

30 minutes delivery is pretty standard in places with proper urban density like europe and china, unlike the car centric urban sprawl in the usa
