I don't know if you noticed, but the professor of carnivorous plants is Cristina Ricci, the Wendsday of the movies.
I knew The Homies would enjoy this series. That's why I suggested it. Some outstanding movies they have not watched Almost Famous, The Game, Dances with Wolves, Last of the Dogmen, Apocalypto, Animal House, Stripes, Up in Smoke.

There were also cartoons and comic strips which this series is closer to as the Addams Family began as comic strips. I’ve noticed you are one of the few that mention the original series which I grew up with along with the comic strips and animated series. That is so refreshing.
Were the mother Morticia's visions true or false? Did she see the actual person or the image of the changling as they appeared? A friend would remember Morticia's mistakes and not make the latter corrections in her memory should Morticia conclude things well. In like manner, you may not be seeing all things correctly in Wednesday's visions, but that does not mean she sees wrong.
I was meant to watch "Big Eyes" last night by Tim Burton and then watch this with you today. The one you need to see by him is "Batman" from 1989. Definitely the best Batman movie to date and also by Tim Burton.
