Can’t thank you enough, Stew. Got just over 30 days left in DEP before shipping out to basic with my EOD contract. Going to give this workout a try & see how much my numbers truly improve.

I’m with you lol. I can’t wait to be able to do all this no problem. I’m on my second round of the PT bible and I’m finally able to do each workout he’s prescribed (for the most part and at higher intensity 🙌🏽). This stuff is my ultimate goal, though.
@@jamesgosla9529 Stick with it dude! Its harder for me recovering from this ankle surgery. I started running again April 22nd and even though i have improved on running after every run i have to take 3 to 4 days off to recover ( can barley walk). Trust the Process

Stew, for the swims, are we doing 6 to 8 strokes per breath for 25 yards or is it 50 yards with 6 to 8 strokes total.
50m - 6-8 strokes per breath. that means you breath every 6-8 arm pulls.
What do you mean by 400-800m every 5 sets? What is considered a set?
Henry Marquez run 400-800m every 5th set of a pyramid (usually a 1-10-1 will offer 19 sets.
Stew, I know colorblindness is a gray area for you (no pun intended) but with the new rule for waivers, do you know of anyone from the fleet being given a color vision waiver to get to BUDs?
it is a gray area for sure. I have seen some waivers (very few) depending on what tests were failed and how bad the color blindness is. Pip test / Falant Test - pass one of them.
Stew Smith Wasn’t the falant test phased out already or is it still being used to determine waivers? I guess if you actually seen some waivers for colorblindness there’s still a chance and I’d best get the best PFT score to beat the others out.
D R good question - dont know that - thought they still used it.
D R: It took me 6 years to get a waiver for my color vision to get my shot. Where there's a will, there's a waiver. Don't give up.
Are the warm up swims CSS, freestyle, Or can they be a mix?
