Also, new Zara fragrance called Splendid Bronze is sooo much like the original Alien! You should try it until it's gone. Zara is known to discontinue their gems very fast😢

That's really sad that companies are watering down their products and using cheaper ingredients while still overcharging us. I heard so much about alien, I really wanted to try it. I hope they go back to the original formula, only then I would be willing to splurge on it.

I got my old Alien bottles from eBay - you can hunt for them and usually find some on there. The older bottles/boxes will have the whole ‘Thierry Mugler’ name written out on them and the perfume itself will be a darker color from aging.

Give your opinion of the dupe by Ajmal “Sacrifice”. It’s quite a dupe but not sure if it is close to the original.

Thanks. I only hear good things about Dossier aaaaand ... that's a bit sus. Lol. I haven't tried their take on Alien, but I appreciate someone saying WHAT they DON'T LIKE about it so it would be something to think about when I finally smell it. I might even like it despite all that. I also tried 4 other ones from my sister and they were either not very strong, doesn't last long (EDT?), or not that wowed.
What I don't appreciate is how you make me want to find an original bottle of Alien 🤣 May you have many years with yours.

Understandable 😂 I’m frustrated too that the old Alien formula is coming to its end of days. Dossier has a few great dupes (my favs are their 2017 Miss Dior, Kilians Love Don’t be Shy and Baccarat Rouge 540) but their version of Alien isn’t even as good as the L’Oreal reformulation 😜 Thanks so much for watching! 😊💖

I had the older version and I have the new. It's OK. It doesn't make my eyes roll back in my head anymore. I can wear it but, that's it. After this bottle I will be saying goodbye.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE OLD FORMULA OF ALIEN?ON E BAY I FOUND SOME OLD FORMULAS BUT THEY ARE EXPENSIVE.
CAN I FIND A TESTER OF OLD FORMULA ?I WOULD BE SATISFIED AS WELL!!!

They can be hard to find for a low price, but if you're shopping on ebay look for the CFG on the bottle or if the box has Thierry Mugler written out on it, that's an older formulation because all the newer ones just say 'MUGLER'
