Why don’t you make more videos like this one? You hit it out of the park!!!! Your humble personality and skills are a combo!!!
I Agree !!
This is one of your best videos yet. Insanely instructional (that's fun to say)!👍
Barron Gaillard Agreed. Excellent video Omar!
Tremendous. Bookmarked as "Omar OMG." Beautiful photos, wonderful instruction, thank you SO much.
Ah...many thanks!
runbei he kicks ass!!!!!
Absolutely gorgeous. Don't blush, but yeah, it shows that you love helping people look their best. A treasure.
Can tell you’ve done this a long time- simple setup, but you’ve obviously practiced what looks good. 👍Great shots and fun setting I don’t think I’ve seen before in a lighting video
Love to see lighting setups that we can all do and your images show what can be done with practice.
Great tutorial Omar! I would really like to see more of your lighting techniques with the associated results such as you did here. This is very helpful. Thanks!!
Omar your interaction and guidance for the kids / family is so so good
This may be one of the best videos with simple explanations of what you're doing and the results. I learned more in this 16 minutes than I have in classes and others explanations. Great tutorial!
Excellent - Thank you again Omar you really do give back and we are the lucky ones that have found your channel. Best to you and your family for the new year.
Wonderful, Omar ! You're a top professional AND a great teacher !!
Great video and explanation. Really helped me understand, as a total beginner with flash.
Love...love...this video thank you so much!!! You are so clear and concise in relaying your knowledge!!!
3yrs old and still relevant to me. thank you for the effort and sharing. i am an appreciative subscriber. and thank you for the thoughtful and respectful detail to attention. you sir, are what it means to be a professional! BIG thumbs up.
Sometimes I shoot like this with excellent results but other photographers thought I was weired.
You have restored my faith.
every shot is just perfect
Great images, Omar. Love the presentation format in this video and great to see content focused purely on how to make good images. Happy New Year to you and yours.
Great stuff Omar. More please.
Lovely … I really enjoyed the ease with which you work with people. This kind of video is invaluable. Keep up the good work.
Great video! You made a lighting tutorial that felt practical and easy to comprehend, without getting into the weeds like some tutorials. I've been watching a lot of your videos over the last few months. Hopefully I have learned as much as I have laughed at your presentation. Last year I picked up the X-T3 with the 18-55mm lens as my first mirrorless. A few weeks ago I bought a 55-200mm lens. My wife thinks I'm crazy because now I examine lighting everywhere we go. Keep up the great work!
Just want to say thank you for showing how you do this. Just fantastic.
Brilliant images! Great inside look at your lighting techniques 😊
Wow. Stunning photos.
Great video, more how to's like this man!
Every time I watch a video of you actually taking photos I learn something mega simple that I didn't realise/hadn't noticed before!
A true professional, and a biker too! 👍
Plumbers crack!!! 😆 I was thinking the same thing when I saw the shot
Just amazing Omar. Really love your work
Wow. Insane amount of useful information here for someone so new to photography like me.
And those photos... Incredible! Seriously inspirational.
Thanks Ozz, this was SWEET!
Excellent! Well done squeezing so much useful information into 16 minutes. I got a ton out of it as I've not done flash-based work before.
I love this channel.
Very educational, very interesting. Kept me engaged throughout the 16 minutes! Thank you very much!
I was looking for this kind of video for long time . Thanks Omar
Great tutorial not only about photography and lighting, but also masterclass on psicology, loved you comment about how to calm dow mum!
Great BTS and lighting info. I used run with a triple speedlight bracket ( kids these days won't ever know the feeling of using a triple bracket lol) for events indoor and outdoor. Now it's ad200 and Xplor all day 😎.
I know...had the triple threat too...before the xplor! Got tired of setting that thing up! Speedlights work great for me when the xplor is overkill. Cheers.
Hey, i am with you on that one :-)
I have a number of branded and yungnuo lights (mainly the 600), and i have a stash of AA batteries. and a couple of triple brackets. A pain when you have exhaust the batteries, especially if you use like 8 per flash (if you use an external battery pack). It takes forever to recharge.
And then i discovered the AD200. I now have two of them. No more fiddling around with AA batteries. Happy shooting.
Wow, that was really instructacool !!! Thanks for all these marvelous and funny vlogs this year. Hope you can squeeeeze some more out next year. Wishing you and the family a magnificent 2019!!!
வீடியோ மிகவும் பயனுள்ளதாக இருந்தது மிக்க நன்றி

Omar Gonzalez Photography Mate, I WUV your channel!!!
Great presentation and instruction! Love the humor!
You’re seriously the best man. I mostly just shoot street but have been thinking about doing some more professional type stuff at some point in the future and your videos really help a ton.
Honestly the only channel that I actually retain info from.
Please keep up the great work!
That's great man. Check out Joe McNally's lighting tutorials too. He's the real master. I appreciate your kind works man...means a LOT!
Super! Totally love it! Real world photography tips. Keep it up!
Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!!!
this video was so much more than the title lead me to believe. I thought it was going to be like a tutorial of the speedlights like a gear review, but it was so much more about how to work with people in a photo shoot and was awesome.
Wow this is a great video and some really awesome pictures! Thank you Omar
one of the best tutorial at location on youtube, cool ❤️
ugh, so great! Love how you work Omar :)
Dude great work. Awesome personality for a photographer.
Great photos and a great tutorial Omar..thank you!
Totally professional and awesome shoot!
Tremendous job. Simple and effective. Shoots were great
Wow, this was really good and helpful! :) Great photos, the girls are beautiful.
I learn so much from you! Thanks for this behind the scenes access!!
Glad to help...
Nice leading us through the whole shoot Omar! Good Job ;) Thanks for the video
Dude! Thank you for this! answered so many lighting questions!
Wonderful video with lots of great tips.
One of the best explanations of using flash and the camera settings I have seen. Thank you! You have done a great job of explaining ambient light and flash. Also liked that you talked about various ways to achieve a hair light. Always enjoy watching your videos.
I have completely converted to fuji. I know you use your fuji cameras for more personal shooting but it would be great to see it used in a shoot like this. I realize you would have to invest/borrow in a 50-140mm lens. I just upgraded to the X-T3 and am really happy with it. Ric
loved this!
Great job Omar.
Omar, thanks a lot for sharing.Very informative and would like to see more.Cheers!
Wow, amazing Omar, one can tell you are very experienced in this type of event. I am glad I came across this video. I am learning a lot.
Great portraits!!! Really impressive!
I have just found you on RUclips in the last few days. Let me just say you are awesome. Flash scares me to death. Especially in really low light conditions. I have watched this video around 3 times already. And will watch it again and again till it sinks in. Have a low light wedding in a few weeks, like oh gee! Would love to see more of these. I wish you had a online flash class. The way you teach is outstanding.
Excellent video! Really helped me understand positioning of the speed lights.
Great stuff Omar, & beautiful pictures. I've been watching your videos for a while now, & I love the Fujifilm stuff (I use an X-T2, so am biased), but this goes beyond brand to technique, & I love it. Very useful, very helpful. Makes me want to learn more about strobes. Thank-you!
So fun!
Great work. Thanks for this man
Great vid dude - very informative and well presented!
Thank you so much!!! learnt alot from this video.
Wow! New to your channel looking for info on the Fuji X-T20/30 then this lighting vid is amazing. Love your fun and extremely informative approach to photography. Thanks so very much!
Love your work.
Great video Omar, thanks for this.
Good stuff, Omar.
Very helpful lighting tutorial , great shots - thank you :)
Very awesome info.
You're the frickin' man. I remember watching a video of yours a while back...maybe on a Fuji camera or something. Basic explanations and just good foresight to pass on. No hype needed. Subbed!
Perfect !!!
Clever setup Omar.
Great stuff! More like this please.
Love this video
I was watching your wideos just to convince myself to buy fuji but this one is really informative and actual pictures are top-notch. Thanks for sharing
You do know I used a Canon 5DIV here right? 😁
You're so inspiring 😊
Great video! Very informative and well explained.
that was awesome! Thanks!
I’m just getting into flash photography and this was perfect. Thank you so much
You got it!!
Awesome photoshoot. Speedlights are great. Batteries re the achilles heel.
It was no doubt a busy photoshoot for you, and thankfully, you had the Temple all to yourselves. Imagine if people were milling around, you would have struggled.
Inspiring as usual Omar. Just ordered Godox speedlites for fuji sys. Thanks, Cobba
Great video. Thank you for sharing!
Good Job Omar. Loved this. You've got a like 🙂
This is soo good
beautiful.
This tutorial was so timely for me. I am now shooting Bar/Bat Mitzvahs with my Fuji T2 and trying to decide which lenses to use. Also your lighting recommendations are down to earth and very price conscious. You have given me excellent information along with your sense of humor and you have kept me giggling and very well informed. Thank you so much. I love your videos and your family is beautiful.
How about: 56mm 1.2 for Portraits and a second body with a Zoom (XT20/XT30)
Thanks..@@macmac8122 Wonderful advice. That is what I shall plan.
Bravo!!
Thanks for Sharing .. Very helpful .😇.
I loved the tutorial and those are beautiful images! I will love to see a video of your posts processing
