I drank 6-7 cups of coffee a day, very bad for my bones. Went cold turkey last October and don't miss it. Having Osteoporosis I need to drink more water, so that is basically all I drink now. Am also changing my diet, no cakes, cookies, pies, ice cream, candy, or chips in almost one month. Hoping I will lose a few pounds in the process. Appreciate your page and your video, am hoping my journey is as successful as yours.
