- What is inline weld testing?
In-Line Weld Test Tools provide hot work barriers and localized hydrostatic testing to verify the integrity of welds or fittings, reducing system downtime, minimizing environmental impact and increasing worksite safety.
Generally final tie in weld with the existing line are being accepted with this flange tester. Hydrotest of the tie in weld proves the weld integrity as a final acceptance of the tie in.
What is the benefit of flange tester?
1. Reduces system down time and increases worksite safety by minimizing pressure test volume
2. SINCE the Inline weld tester is applicable localized testing of flange butt weld only- it saves time and reduces costs by limiting the test area to only the new weld or welded component.
