Sir, I have many questions regarding the WPS. Where may I contact you?

Regarding this video, i have the following questions:
First four questions are linked to joint design:
    1) How did you select which welding process to be used? For example, first two passes i.e. root and filling pass are with GTAW and remaining two are with SMAW. I understand that root passes with GTAW are good but in example, two weld layers are with GTAW and not one, why's it like this? How do we define welding processes for these layers?
    2) How do we define number of weld layers as well as the thickness of each layer?
    3) Also, there are two parallel passes on the cap pass of welding in the example.
    4) How do we determine the number of passes in parallel in a welding layer?
    5) How do we select electrode diameter for each layer of welding?
    6) How did you define interpass temperature as maximum 250 degree C? I think it is defined in PQR before welding the test coupon. How do we define it? How can we define it for other metals and also in the case of dissimilar metals?
    7) You have defined 99.9% pure argon and flowrate 6-15 lpm? How do we define which gas argon, helium or any other gas will be used and what percentage? And also what flow rate would be suitable for a WPS?
    8) You have described formula for heat input, current, travel speed and polarity. Can you please describe how to select/calculate heat input, current, travel speed and polarity for different welding layers of any WPS?
    9) The filler wire you have used is ER70S-G and electrode is E7018. Why have you not used ER70S-6. How do we determine what filler and electrode to use for dissimilar metal? For example, welding SS-904L or SS31803 with A106 Gr B.
    10) How is bead type determined i.e. either stringer or weave is to be selected?
    11) What is meant by orifice, nozzle or gas cup size as 10-12 mm?
    12) How do we define single pass or multiple pass?
    13) Can a WPS with groove weld joint design be used for welding fillet weld or for weld build-up or the WPS can be revised directly without the need for a new PQR?
I hope you would be kind enough to answer these questions.

The short answer here is as long as the procedure is passed using the variable you used, then those parameters can be indicated in the WPS
