BRUH, ty so much, you got me on the right track and I managed to get my mic working in game now. I don't like videos often. but when I do, you've truly earned it.
Not sure if you still look at the comments on this video, but I still can't get my mic to work after following this tutorial. Got everything set up correctly but when I talk with open mic nothing happens. When I try Push 2 talk, I see my little mic icon move when im in game and trying to talk but no one can hear me. I've tried lowering my threshold and raising it but no luck still :(

Well, I only have one mic input, one sound output, disabled everything else, got working mic everywhere but apex (I mean, OBS, discord, whatever is working perfectly fine BUT apex). I had to use an external USB audio interface just to make my headset work within APEX but unfortunately, it stopped working after a few years of good service and now I'm stuck with no voice com in APEX *again*. I've tried to dig in every possible audio settings I could but I never was able to make the mic work again in APEX. Your video didn't teach me anything new but I'm glad it helped some people there. I'm stuck... I hate this game, it has so many network and other bugs which are there since day one and they keep adding cosmetics instead of fixing them all...
I recommend you retitle the video to games in general, I play a completely different game called squad and it fixed my issue as well. I just happened to get recommended this video when i searched up fixes even though I typed squad in. Great video!
When I changed the output and input in sounds to my mic, then I cant hear anything from my headphones...but i put the output to my headset and my input to mic and i can hear the game and everyone, but people say I'm crackling. My mic is brand new and it works great when I stream...but for some reason, squad says I crackle
i have my tm8s constantly complaining that my mic sounds like im using a typewriter. Im on controller and I don't even touch my keyboard and it sounds like clicking. Will this fix this?

how about for a nintendo switch? The audio works ok but when listening to teammates voice it gets so choppy. You can barely make out what they are saying. Any one know what the problem could be? In addition, the graphics arent the best so anyone know how to improve the graphics?

Output is the sound you receive, it's obvious that you wouldn't hear anything if you put it on your mic
