Riverland is a 55 plus community in Port St Lucie FL featuring two neighborhoods. Valencia Cay and Valencia Grove offer new construction in a resort style active adult community. Riverland is located in Port St Lucie Tradition and the builder is GL Homes.
Riverland in Port St Lucie has multiple one-story floorplan designs available to choose from, it’s easy to find the perfect home.

As much as I would like to live in a 55+ at retirement, not sure it's affordable and yes, crowded. My husband wants privacy and these places just don't have any. We are about 10 years away from retirement anyway. Lots will change and these communities will be that much older. Love your channel.

We just purchased a home in Valencia Grove. This information is dead on correct. Rumor has it that the new development will be called Valencia Walk.

So I have to correct you it's not a 50% chance of winning. If there are 100 people in the lottery with 50 homes that would mean every home would be a potential purchase for you but that's not the case. Many of the homes top $1 million or some are way too small so for the average person 15 homes maybe 20 would be suitable. That makes the odds between 20 and 30% of winning. Alas we lost today.
