Why don't you give prices on a few of the models in the beginning of the ad? So everyone just have to waste their time if the price is not what they're looking for
Lisa, Stellar model looks very nice. What is the total price for the home, with water view, that pool, & screened lanai (with or without any upgrades ? What does the monthly hoa fee include ? And how can i read the hoa rules, to understand any restrictions (i.ve never lived in an hoa) ?
Hello Tom, Yes, the stellar is very nice. Base price right now is $544K plus the lot... call it $70K, then you upgrades. And you can review rule/regs ahead of time, however, they are not online. Thanks for your comments and thanks for watching~~

They had "1" lot left in phase 2 and it was listed for... are you sitting down for this? $185K I'm like, OMG.... crazy!

Hi Bob! Lot prices are "extra"... you can count on a minimum of $50K .. and higher for a nicer lot. Thank you for wacthing~~~~~

What are the rules to buy in a 55 community? My husband is 59 years old but I’m younger than 55 and we have two teenagers.
No one under the age of 18 can live in the property, however I believe Del Webb is 19, you need to check the rules for be 100% sure.
