Cities area you were talking about, Port St Lucie, Vero, Stuart, Jensen there are real affordable mfg homes but WHY do they charge and rip you off charging $500-$1000 just for lot rent for the home to sit on?
You prolly dont give a shit but does anyone know of a way to get back into an Instagram account? I was dumb lost the password. I love any tips you can offer me
@Layton Franco thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
Hello Natalia, you’re so beautiful! I am from DR, your neighbor 🤩 hehehe, I live in Broward County, Fl and I’m thinking seriously to move to the Treasure Coast for 2022, My main reason is because I have a 12-year-old boy with special needs and my desire is to enroll him in a private Christian school, We know Stuart and Palm City, we have visited there several times, my son does not like it, he always says that it is boring, a lot of mosquitos, that there is not much to do for fun and that he does not see children on the street, solo gente grande, y muchos viejitos. Jajajaja it’s true! For the moment until I get to know all the nearby cities well, I’m thinking to rent an apartment for my son and myself. My biggest concern, what types of help or support is there for children with autism, ADHD, with some mental diagnosis, to find specialist doctors, hospital, therapy agencies, also to get a job there? Very important for me of course. It’s very complicated? Which city do you recommend the most, for the needs I have? I'm going to start from zero, with my son, without family or friends there. Well, I have in Palm City one friend Only. I’m very nervous about this new transition for next year ando moving out of this crowded County. I will appreciate your help, any valuable information, thank you 😊
Hi Caribbean neighbor! 😁 I am not an expert when it comes to services your child needs. The best route to take is to email or call the St. Lucie school district. As for more family oriented places to live, PSL is prime. Nevertheless, there are many places in Palm City and Stuart that is family friendly but the prices of homes are on the upper end... 500k or more for a home. Renting is a good start to get a better lay of the land.
Just subscribed, I'm currently in the process of selling my home in Miami and coming up here, this channel has been a great help
Love to hear that! I hope to be coming out with new relevant videos for you and others. Good luck on your transaction!

I fully agree with the question. No other answer than they want to make money. Wish it wasn't the case.
Thank you for the great review 😀 I'm looking forward to moving around this area
You're welcome! Happy it helped. 😁 Where are you moving from and what area caught your attention?

Saludos Natalia, mi esposo y yo estamos interesados en una casa 55 plus. Gracias! Éxito Puede ser Port St Lucie, Palm Bay Melbourne.
Felicidades y buena suerte!!!
Im looking for a waterfront home that is between 500.000 to 700,000 range at Palm City area or better.
Possible. It all depends on the size of the home also.
Show pictures of the cities you’re talking about so we can get an idea just telling us it’s not good enough pictures are the key
Making different videos on each city... slowly but it's coming!
Question what’s is Average house for rent cost a month
Definitely depends where and what size? Can you be more specific?
Educate me pls....what cities make up the treasure coast?
Hi Alcira! The TC is made up of 3 counties- Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River. There are plenty of cities in Martin County alone- to long to list.

Some these places you mention are not friendly towards minority families.
That's unfortunate you've experienced this... As for me and my clients, I have not heard or experienced anything negative.
