Eminem - Mockingbird is another song to his daughter, its more direct and just a great emotional life story song of his.
Please listen to perfect circle // god speed by Mac Miller I promise it will be amazing
Eminem has loads of songs about his daughter, Hailie Jade. You can even listen to Hailies Revenge (Doe Rae Me).
daughters
Great suggestion, Please do mockingbird Tom!!
up
Interesting thing is that this was written while he was at the height of his addiction and he still had so much insight. I think this was definitely written from a dark place. He had two uncles complete suicide, his mother has significant mental health issues, he had a suicide attempt before he was signed and his ex-wife has had several attempts. Big family history. Kids turned out really well though from all accounts being a father was the most important thing to him. I like your reactions they're very thoughtful.
Him and Haily are still really close also. She talks about him sometimes on social media 💕
I’ve always heard that when 8 Mile won an Oscar, he skipped the whole event to stay home and watch TV with Hailie
He always gave everything for his daughter
@@eefeeman 😭 that’s amazing!
Most addicts are self aware, their image is the most important. I had to learn to drop this image i built over 15 years, only way i was able to get clean.
This song was one of my daughters favorite songs and at age 29 she tragically died. I couldn't stop listening to it and the lyrics about and when I'm gone just carry on don't mourn ...rejoice at the sound of my voice. ....It's heartbreaking and I played it at her memorial and there wasn't a dry eye. ....This song is something very different to me.
i hope you stay strong and i send you all the love ive got
“I’m looking down on you smiling” I think of my best friend when I hear that 👼🏼
May Lord provide u with strength ❤ dear
I've always thought this entire song is a clever double entendre. The clearest theme, and the one you've examined very thoroughly, is the relationship with his daughter. The obvious meaning of the chorus and the song title is that Eminem is telling his daughter to remember him after his death. But the other theme is Eminem realising that his career (and in particular his alter ego "slim shady", a name he used in his earlier albums to voice some of his most controversial lyrics) might need to come to an end so that he could look after his children. In that sense, the chorus and song title are a message to his fans - don't be sad that I've "killed"/retired slim shady, just rejoice when you hear my songs. Indeed, there was a 5 year gap between this album and his next, which I suspect allowed Eminem to become a more full time dad. I don't think most people consider the possibility that this song is also his goodbye to his fans because he realises that he needs to prioritise his family, not his career.
Awesome insight. I’m always intrigued by songs like this that can have multiple interpretations
Very insightful, you went really deep to explaining.
Exactly what I thought when I heard the lyric of him saying “scream die shady and pop it”. Almost as if he was ready to be a dad again.. what a fuckin song.
Yeah, that's what I got too. When I listened the first time, it sounded like a goodbye letter to his daughter, but then when I listened again I could see it was also a goodbye to his fans and he was going to "kill" his slim shady persona.
First time I heard this song, I thought Marshall was done with making music for real😔
As a writer, his lyrics are incredible and so brave. His love of his children is real. He gets deep and I love it. Most artists would never be this real.
Just for context, he wrote and recorded this at the height of his drug problems, so probably genuinely didn't think he was gonna be around for much longer. Very glad he managed to come out the other end!🙇🏽♂🐐✨🎯💯(And this song is truly a classic/masterpiece one of the best hooks Em has ever recorded and Em Is The Goat Of Hip Hop Forever! Em is second to none in Hip Hop when it comes to lyricism and storytelling Please React to Eminem "Mockingbird")
Facts! Thanks so much!😊👍
I second mockingbird
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial *Insert "hello, fellow kids" meme*
This song is what I'm assuming he wrote castle and arose off of... they are about his drug misuse..
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial Also got; Eminem - Beautiful, Eminem - Till I collapse, and Eminem - Cleaning out my closest all great songs to make a reaction about... He's depth in music is just vast. If you go into a Eminem reaction cycle you'll definitely gain attraction since Em is considered one if not the greatest and just goes crazy on the mic - really zero f's given in most of his music on how people feel, lol... I really think you'll Like the song Beautiful by Eminem tho.....
you can check out 'Cleaning out my closet' by Eminem. He raps about his difficult relationship with his mother. Make sure to check out uncensored music video
This ^
^
Everyone is wanting this now!😁😳😳
Yesss
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial Although it is a very dark tune and Eminem no longer plays this song live, it is so well written and really brings you in to his angry mindset during this period of his life. 100% worth the listen.
to me you are the Bob Ross of reactions, always calm, very well spoken and just a good aura all around, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us, much love
The Mr Rogers of music.
Agreed
I 100% agree, something about him is just calming yet peaceful, and not the boring peaceful either, he adds to the video and give his thoughts and opinions unlike SOME people (sniperwolf)
Eminem is maybe the only artist that at any moment in my life I can go back and listen to by myself and just start bawling and crying rivers down my face
As a father my greatest fear was not being there for my son. I grew up in a two parent household but never felt like my father was present if that makes sense.
I made a promise to myself to be a better father than my father was and to be there for my son.
Incredible song, definitely a top 10 em track for me personally.
Well said don! Thanks for watching and commenting 😊👍
I can relate to that, I hadn’t cried for 12 years, since I was 4, but when I realized that one day when my kids ask the question what was your dad like I won’t have anything to say. Because I have no childhood memories with him other than him yelling. That really hit me hard
My dad wasn't, he left me and my mom to run off and do meth, I saw him once a week when I was 10, once a week turned into once a month, which turned into once a year. Each time I saw him he looked worse, then I went a decade without talking to him, he died due to lung and heart issues a couple years ago.
Same… I’m 19 but if I have advice for you it is to make him do everything. Learn an instrument, take a fighting class, play a sport, go hiking, travel, learn a language. Push him to do everything because kids won’t understand until they are older how much they appreciate being pushed… do everything.
happy fathers day m8
I love watching people react to Eminem, it’s like I re-discover him through their eyes, and I get all excited again, and I cry and I fall in love with his music all over again. I grew up with his music, and after all these years it still has the same powerful effect on me. Respect Eminem! ✌🏻 He’s a legend!
Same 💯
At the start of the second verse he says "I keep having this dream," and everything after that is a dream, his daughter piling boxes, the room turning into a stage, daughter being in Sweden among the crowd, and him killing himself.
Also Kim tried to kill herself by cutting her wrists. This was after they broke up and got together again. Eminem was going to perform at a concert and asked Kim to attend. Kim said she would only attend if he did not perform a song called Kim where Eminem brutally murders her. Eminem agreed but then performed the song anyway in front of her and the rest of the crowd. This caused Kim to try to attempt suicide. This is why the song says "help mommy, her wrists are bleeding."
Oh wow!!! This is amazing! Thanks so much!😊🤔
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial the song is Called "Kim" i highly recommend it as it gives a good insight into his ealier psyche, but a HUGE WARNING!! The song is pretty messed Up :/
@@Xiiimus”You’re fucking crazy.” -Kim Mathers
From what I've seen on other reactor channels, Eminem videos don't tend to get blocked for the most part. Probably because Eminem highly approves of reaction channels.
Also, Eminem is a fantastic father. He not only raised Halie, he adopted his niece Alaina (Kim's sister's daughter), and Stevie (formerly known as Whitney), who is the daughter of Kim and another man. And he did a wonderful job with them. And when Eminem was starting his career he took his brother out of the foster care system and took him in. Eminem plays the bad guy in many songs, but truly has a heart of gold.
What happened to Whitney's name... don't tell me she....
Whitney is still a woman. Can't believe this BS.
@@GQFJB she just changed her name... wtf are you trippin about
@@GQFJB and she considers herself non-binary, which is her business. Why would that upset you? Chill bro, her life. Her choices. 🤷
@@DocFear "her life her choices" until those choices are jammed down my children's throats. It's disgusting makes no decent sense whatsoever.
Love this! Its so cool that you actually get into the music in addition to breaking down the lyrics.
Thanks so much charlotte!!! Bonus Reaction off the NF outro video coming tonight!😊👍
Just found your channel and immediately i was drawn to it. Im actually going through a very depressive state as of late. Eminem is my favorite artist and has helped me throughout this hard moment in my life and seeing that you are a therapist caught my attention and wanted to hear your thoughts on the Genius writing that Eminem displays.
Thanks so much Lester! I appreciate you watching and commenting and hope you enjoyed it! More Eminem to come soon!😊👍
I hope things are looking up for you now Lester?
How have you been Lester? :)
I recommend checking out Eminem - Beautiful, He wrote parts of it while dealing with addiction, part of it in recovery, and part of it after overcoming the addiction
This sounds really interesting!😊👍
look careful what version you are listening. official video is censored and last verse is missing completely
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial listen to the album version!!!!
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial there is a short version with a music video and then one that has another verse
Yes! That's one of ems masterpieces, deja vu too
As an addict, recovering, this song always gets me. I’m so grateful to be clean! I’m so grateful for programs like this. And to hear music that understands, its uplifting..
a lot of people miss that everything between "i keep having this dream" and "i wake up is a dream" he sings what he dreams, which is a huge chunk of a song
What I've also noticed, and I don't know if this is just my theory but: everything that happened in his dream, is what actually happened. Not the fine details, but the rough outline of it. He didn't have a happy ending with Kim, everything didn't just stop and suddenly became easy. When he wakes up and everything is good all of a sudden, I think that's what the real Eminem was dreaming of. And the song kind of turned it around and added in some details.
I didn’t for the longest time either honestly, I finally realized when I read the lyrics online. Weird
Dream is life is a nightmare. And he's waking up from that nightmare to a better life.
Man, I can't. Every time I hear this song I cry. I'm not even a dad, I'm just empathetic and the way he wrote this brings tears to my eyes.
I've listened to Eminem since day one back in the 90's. This song is still one of my favorites, as it is so real and transcendent in it's relatability. Thank you for diving into Eminem and NF. Love your reacts and I'm here for the ride!
Thanks so much! That means a lot! Thanks for watching😊👍
This Eminem Song gets me every time man, got goosebumps right now.. I think it’s a negative example for how you can slowly drift away without really recognizing it.
Nevertheless thank you very much for your reaction. I can also recommend Through Da Storm by Polo G.
Many blessings to you from Germany 🇩🇪 🤝 🇺🇸
Thanks so much for the comment and request!!😊👍
Was geht mein bruder
His daughter was at the house with her mother when her mom tried to commit (slit her wrists) suicide! He weaves stories that resonate with so many people! I think it's why he has such a loyal fan base! They feel for him and for some it describes there own lives. Stan is probably his biggest story/song. On his Revival album Castle & Arose put together are a story that gets me every time!
Bro I've listened to this song like a billion times, and it ALWAYS makes me tear up 😭😭 specifically the chorus
I seen a clip where an artist who was doing a colab with Eminem was surprised when Eminem just called it a day mid verse because it was 5pm and time to go home. really good to hear he finally got the balance right.
Cleaning Out my Closet- Eminem. Please, PLEASE do the explicit version or you’ll miss some lines and the pain.
Sounds scary!!!😳😳😳
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial I can acknowledge this song is a must if you want to learn more about Eminem through his songs !
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial the explicit version is basically just the “truth” please do a reaction of it. It’s good
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial thé problem with the clean edit of “cleaning out my closet” is that it changes what he is trying to convey in a way that looses meaning or only paints 1/2 the picture. This is true about several Eminem songs.
Headlights is the sequel to it(it’s basically his apology)
I love your in depth analysis of Eminem’s music. Usually I watch others to see how they break down the lines, but you give a certain feeling and you go into depth of why Eminem might be feeling the lyrics that he writes. You got a new fan here!
I'm from Poland and by the time I heard this song for the 1st time I was like... 8? Didn't understand it, but felt all the emotions coming from the instrumental and his voice. Probably my fav song from em. Just beautiful.
Another great reaction. Had me crying as a drug addict for 20 years an having a two year old daughter now...all I wanna do is just be a great dad. This moved me to tears. Thank you
thank you so much for sharing!
I would love to see you react to Bad Husband by Eminem. I feel like not enough people listen to that one and it would be awesome to hear a therapist discuss it.
Cool idea!!😊👍
Yes! Bad Husband... Would love to hear you do that one!
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial Bad Husband would be great! You should also listen to Castle and then Arose. I think it would be even better if you listen to them back to back but the video might be a little long
I cried listening to this song the first time, and every time since🥺
I’ve heard this song hundreds of times but the way this guy broke it down gave me goosebumps
Awesome stuff! Rock Bottom by Eminem is another great one that touches on the struggles of living in poverty
your insight and commentary about his daughter’s POV genuinely brought me to tears because you so eloquently explained emotions and feelings i’ve never been able to explain to people. I’m 24 and this has been one of my favorite songs since I was 11 because it reminds me of my relationship with my father. Honestly this video made me understand him more. Thank you!
Beautiful reaction Tom ❤️🙏 thank you for breaking it all down and sharing your wisdom and knowledge with all of us. You inspire me to do better through your reactions.
Thank you Jordan!😊👍
Absolutely love how genuine you are! When I watch your vids I feel like I get a little therapy and I truly want to thank you for that🙂
And this is why Eminem is entering the hall of fame, roll and roll none the less. The skill and talent to tell stories many people can relate to, understand, appreciate his work from all walks of life. Mockingbird is a song I took to heart when I have kids. To remember to do right by them, not me.
I think this is the first reaction I've seen that actually could keep up with this song in particular. Some things you were wrong on, but most of them weren't in the song itself, just more small things about Eminem. You caught the fact that the plane crashing wasn't an actual plane like so many non-fans or channels thought it was. It was indeed a symbolic plane crash! And yeah, the song is more a representation of how he feels and what he wants to show both her and the world.
It is NOT a candid retelling of real life events, like some seem to think. I'm not trying to be mean, I understand it when someone who isn't a "Stan" doesn't quite understand him or his songs! I'm a lifelong Stan, but I also struggle to understand many other artists or meanings etc, that other people understand and relate to!
We all have our own things, and we're all beutiful for it!
Wow, I haven't thought this deep into this song. Thanks for the insight!

Where is STAN?
this guy is so underrated. found him through em a few days ago
What you said about the connection fathers have to their daughters and what they can teach them in regards to self worth really hit me. As a daughter of a single father, you found beautiful words for what I always felt but could never properly express.
Here before you hit 8 million subscribers. Reactions/breakdowns are second to none and understanding/genuine in a positive light.
From someone whos parents weren't together, my mom and dad always respected each other. For the most part. Even though my father couldn't provide child support my mother new how close I was to my father and never kept me away from him. He made me feel like I was on top of the world. He's the one who gave me confidence. I lost him when I was 13. I have abandonment issues that I am trying to work on because of it. My Dad was a big fan of Eminem. Not Afraid is my favorite Eminem song. Since he had addiction issues and it makes me feel if he listened to that song before he passed it would help. Though he always did his best to provide for me so I will always love him for that.
Awesome reaction never seen anyone do these deep songs by em he has a boat load he lost his best friend has songs about him,his mother, dad that died a couple years ago a little harsh on him,and more about his children good job man didn't expect to sub but you got another.
Brings tears to my eyes listening to this because I feel like im in a similar situation with my little sister and it just tears me apart I feel so guilty I love her so much.
Not afraid would be a nice song to hear your thoughts on, or actually, the song hey ya would be so great to hear on this channel
The best reaction to this song on entire youtube. I was literally watching this feeling like a stone tied to my neck and chest. Thank you sir, your words are profound.
Amazing video!!!! Thank you for all the amazing content. You help me through my darkest times
Thank you for this comment 😊👍
This song never fails to make me cry, it definitely hits my inner child
This song brings back so many memories. Nostalgia kicks in right about now 😭😭
This is the best reaction video I have ever seen. Awesome job.
I loved this reaction Tom. I’ve become a big fan of your perspective on some of my favorite songs. Especially a lot of Eminem’s deeper songs. Thanks for doing these videos.
Thanks so much for this comment! It means so much!😊👍
I cry every time I hear this song because it reminds me of my addictions and never being there for my kids now grown up and wont talk to me.
He has 3 personalities in his songs
Eminem: A battle rapper that got famous overnight and doesn't know how to deal with the imdeiate change in his life
Slim Shady: a physcopathic being and whenever in a song when he's talking about something horrible or doing something wrong it's him
Marshall Mathers: A regular guy from Michigan
I always cry while listening to this song, hi from Italy! Love your Eminem reactions!
I’ve been watching your channel for awhile now, it’s great. The fact that your a therapist it makes it 10x better. You get to dive In their mind while their rapping, and you get to tell us…it’s incredible. Whenever you can, can you react to the song, “never love again” by Eminem, would love to see you reaction and thoughts.

Aww man don't spoil it! 😆
I haven’t even watched the video yet, but I know this is going to be my favourite video. Much love and appreciation for the help over the past few weeks, you have no idea how much your consistency has helped me❤️
Eminem is a great story teller, you should listen to two songs back to back as they go together in one story. Song 1 - Castle, song 2 - arose
I have a almost 3 year old daughter and watching that reaction im crying like a baby... i hope i can be here enough for her...
Slim shady was his old self. He had addiction and seemed to forget what meant the most. Then he stopped being slim and he was himself. He cleaned himself up and tryed to fix things with what really mattered. He is a legend
People like you are absolutely needed on social media. Keep it up! I love your channel
you should do Castle and Arose in this order next! they're like letters to his daughter, his story after overdosing and the aftermath of it. Really touching and emotional
This song is so powerful to listen to and sing along to I can’t even imagine how he felt writing and recording it
As a single dad who works all the time I really can relate to this. I walk at least 8 miles a day 5 days a week at my job and there are so many days I just want to go home and relax. I know my son just wants to spend time with me so I've really tried lately to do something special with him every day. Even if it's just an hour or two. He's what drives me every day and I find now that I'm trying to make time for him every day it helps me make it through my work day even more. He has no idea how much he drives me but I hope one day he will when he has kids
Hey man how's it going Hope things got better and you got to get spend more time with him and I hope your son understands your situation andi hope you don't stress yourself too much work have a good life bro
love the video as always! 😊 i believe if you cropped the video a bit, changed the colors up a bit in a video editor, add a decent sized ‘watermark’ in one corner and obviously give proper credits in the video / description, plus with all that and the fact that you pause it to give monologue/ have the actual video in the corner with the facecam covering most of the screen that you would completely avoid the copyright infringement while still showing the video a bit more. either way, loved the insight, keep up the good work. 👍
“Mockingbird” is another good one from Eminem.
Such a cathartic song that will never die....classic Eminem.
Definitely gotta do Kim next. A lot to unpack, but make sure to get the uncensored version.
Can't do KIM without the follow-up Bonnie and Clyde. Same scene. Same breakdown

Thanks for the reaction. Really enjoyed your take on the song.
If you would like to continue on the Eminem journey, I recommend listening to (the lyric videos of) Castle/Arose. Two songs that should be listen to together; back-to-back. The songs are a tale of hitting rock bottom and then "arising" from the experience.
Mad respect for Tom who don't just do a 10 min video like most.. Clocking 25 mins for one song.. Shows his a fan and enjoys his reactions 🖤🤘
Another great reaction. Thank you, Tom! It’s crazy how I still know all the lyrics to this song even though I learned them like 1.5 decades ago. Anyway, I know I’ve suggested a few songs so far but here’s another one for your list (hope that’s ok): Endless Nightmare by Josh A and iamjakehill. 😊

I just caught it for the first time, although I've listened to this a bunch. At the end of the meeting, he was disgusted with the applause.
I can feel it with all 6 of my kids and my wife, seperarted now after 32 years. But there's hope.

Thank you for so freely sharing your insight!
Yes! More Eminem🔥. Check out "25 to life" or "you're never over" by Eminem
I see there is a lot of wrong information about this song in the comments.
This song is not written for his daughter, it’s written - or released anyways for us fans, as en explanation. In the summer 2005 Eminem was supposed to do a European tour, actually starting in Globen, Sweeden (I live in Norway, next to sweeden and still have the ticket🤩) Due to him being confronted by his daughter that he constantly neglecting his family for his career, and him actually was pretty heavily overworked he decided to cancel the complete European tour. This song with the video was released that year so we could feel, see and understand why he “let us down“.
I just gotta say I love watching this. This is taking lyric breakdown to a new level for me. And the reason I love this so much, is I can really feel that you haven’t listened to Eminem before. You have heard of him, but not listened. And now as you are listening, you are taking in all the genius and complex - yet meaningful lyrics he has provided us. As I am watching, I can really sense that you actually appreciate the songs, the stories, and it seems that for every song you break down, you discovering a new treasure, and this really makes me glad! Also, as a long time hardcore fan, I have my opinions about the underlaying meaning of things, but I really have to give you credit for picking up stuff I yet had not thought the exact same direction about!
Keep up this, magnificent work, I really, really like this.
I hope you can find time to do "Sing For The Moment”, “White America” and “My Darling” in the future☺️

hard not to be moved by the lyrics. i really enjoy hearing your perspective.
Mockingbird is a great song to react too. I know the 2 artists aren't usually mentioned together after everything but machine gun Kelly's '27' and 'glass house' are great too. Em wrote this during a huge drug addiction so it hits hard.

Thank you soooooo much for joining the family! I’ll let you in on a secret…TOP reaction tomorrow😁😁😁😁
I LOVE this reaction! Eminem is such a powerful storyteller but more importantly I love the message that this isn’t something super rare, this is a struggle a lot of parents, especially dads, face. I think men in general have a huge disadvantage when it comes to mental health and seeking help for that, and I want to encourage more to go to therapy or talk to anyone! Therapy personally helped me so much. Dads out there or anyone: please don’t be scared or feel pressured to not reach out for help! It’s not shameful to not have all the answers
"i watch your feet, not your mouth", i never heard that before, thats a good quote from your wife
😂😂 no kidding, and she means it! Works for me and keeps me straight😊👍
The whole visual was a dream. Basically, he was working/touring constantly and had inner guilt knowing he wasn't around his family as much as he should have been, he had a dream (most likely triggered by the feeling of guilt) where Hailie came to one of his concerts which was in another country at the time. The most important thing to Em was always being able to provide so his kids wouldn't have to suffer the way he did but he realized he was making them suffer in a different way and had to better balance his work/home life. He didn't tour for several years while Hailie was growing up. He went to his label and basically said I have enough money to last the rest of my life, I want to do tours in shorter legs so he could go back home and be there for a few nights a week and the label agreed because it was that or no touring at all.
The shooting himself was more of a metaphor that he was killing the old "shady" in order to be there for Hailie.
As a father of a 6 year old girl, I relate to this in so many ways.
“Pain” and “Don’t Know Why” (the one by himself, it’s a few years old) by Yungeen Ace would be amazing! Keep up the good work!!
this was the first and only song that ever made me cry. i relate to it so much and i’ve heard you talk about ptsd and i feel like i have it minorly since my father left me when i was young. this song holds a special place in my heart
I really really enjoy your reactions to these songs. Something about seeing somebody a little bit older that typically would be turned off by Eminem. Or has their own opinion of him based on what they've heard about him and some of his songs. I really like seeing people get to here are some of his other songs and not just the slim Shady persona that people tend to associate with him. Seems like you enjoy these kind of songs. A little bit more about his real life and stuff like that. So I wanted to make a couple of suggestions of songs. I'm sure you have a ton of requests. But anybody who is in m&m fan I'm sure would agree these are good songs.
Castle and arose. They are two separate songs but they go together. Just need to make sure you do them in that order.
Guts over fear
In your head
Bad husband
Stronger than I was (he basically sings this whole entire song. It's about his struggle with addiction)
Never Love again (another song about his addiction. This whole entire song is amazing)
Wow! Very nice take! I’ve noted the requests and can’t wait to get into more Eminem! Thanks for watching😊👍
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial I would also suggest one of his most famous songs called cleaning out my closet, its about himself, his childhood and the relationship with his mom. Its not the most positive of songs, but its an explanation of who he is, how he grew up and why hes the way he is. Follow this up with headlights where he apologises for that song in particular now hes older and without spoiling anything "gone through some of the things he blamed another for in said song"
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial appreciate it. Listening to you sometimes helps me because certain things I can relate to. In your head samples the cranberries - Zombies.
Alot of people, and especially older people, tend to have a negative view of Eminem. They associate his "slim shady" persona with him as an actual person. Which he is very different In real life.
This reaction was so good thank you for making it! I remember commenting this
One of Eminem's songs "Mocking Bird" is in a similar vein where he's singing about/to his daughters and it definitely pulls on the heart strings for sure. So far you've listened to some relatively tame tracks from Eminem, he's got quite the wealth of tracks to pick from but the further back you go in his discography the more graphic and/or nonsensical things can get but a big part of what made him stand out and really drew attention to him was that extremely graphic controversial material. By all means feel free to explore his earlier material but some of it is absolutely not for the faint of heart. If you want something newer, do yourself a favor and react to "Castle" and "Arose" from his Revival album. Do them together because they really should be one song and maybe make sure you're listening after something else that's really heavy.
you can hear the pain in his voice and it just makes me believe that he truly is and was trying to be the best father he could be
I highly recommend Space bound by Eminem. very emotional song...
This is the first time ever seeing your videos, I like the content. Just to see how other people interpret the songs that so many relate to and have listened to a million times. And you hear it once and can understand completely what Eminem is saying, that is what makes a musician a Artist!
You gotta check out “Mockingbird” next
Your perspective and processing situations is excellent. Thank you for this!!!
