said this before, gonna say it again, people need to look up the power system in saint seiya. probably the best implementation of a consistent power level, that stay pretty much unbroken, through out the story, while still allowing the main characters to grow in power without breaking the scale. on the contrary, the system works because the story is about how they are able to dip into the top level before diping, and them managing to understand and control that power to remain in that top level.
the Tg power system/traits and Bleach power system/reaper, quincy, hollow powers, Fairy tail Power system/Magic, hxh power system/nen and even the Mha power system/quirks in my opinion is one of the best and fun powers in manga fiction
I love bleach but bleachs power system isn't that great. Same goes for fairy tail it's generic and is just magic and power of friendship triumphs regardless of magic, mha is just super powers which is also generic. For something to be a good system it should be thought out and unique it's fine not being unique but it puts it far from being anything substantial
@@MyNamesHunter75While these series might have what some consider "generic" power systems, there's a reason they're among the best-selling manga and most-watched anime worldwide. I also have to point out that your critique seems contradictory. We're discussing the uniqueness of the power system, but then you mention plot armor, which is a separate issue. Despite being 'generic,' the authors have sold millions of copies because of their well thought out narratives and character development. There’s nothing inherently wrong with common tropes and flaws, especially in fiction.

I dont think the shapeshifting and cloning were exclusive to kokaku or the fire breathing to bikaku. It was just a creative use of the Rc cells in general. Doesnt even make sense because Kokaku is known for his rigidity. It shouldnt naturally be able to take such fluid forms. The same for Bikaku.

Man, this was a rambling mess. First of all, Ghouls are sorted into "types," not classes, as classes were used to denote a Ghoul's overall threat level. A Ghoul's type is determined by the location of the Kagune, which also determines the structures/forms RC cells are initially predisposed to take when a Ghoul's kagune is activated. This predisposition can be overcome/overridden by a Ghoul cannibalizing other Ghouls of different types. Secondly, while both conscious control creativity can allow kagune to change their form and function to an extent, what really matters is the quality and quantity of a Ghouls RC cells that the kagune is made of, thus allowing for its added versatility. Thirdly, the ghouls with the Ukaku that shot electricity and Bikaku that shot fire respectively were both from Ghoul families outside of Tokyo (I think they were in Russia somewhere) and that trait was a mutation in there two families and had been cultivated/bred for several generations. Not all ghoul can just do that through creativity and a high RC Count. The same goes for Uto(?) And his shapeshifting, as that has to do more with the RC cell matrix (matruces?) that Ghouls develop when their bodies are repeatedly injured. As injuries repeatedly occur, more of a Ghoul's RC cells are mixed in with their normal cells during the repair process, forming a multilayered mesh of RC Cells interspersed between normal cells, as this facilitates faster and faster healing, until the process of healing is indistinguishable from rapid regeneration, as well as a stronger overall physicality and defensive capacity, ie the Ghoul's body gets stronger and sturdier, so it takes less damage. Uto specifically was smart enough and had the RC count and quality high enough to allow him to consciously manipulate the RC Cells, and had been subjected to enough physical damage, through fights, torture, or experimentation, that his RC cell matrix had spread almost throughout the entirety of his body. This is why he can shapeshift; he's shifting around the Rc Cells along the cell matrix in his body to distort his physical features. I don't remember if he could mimic the voices of the people he imitated, but he should be able to do that too by altering the shape of his vocal chords. There was another ghoul, who was either born without a Kagune or had it removed, who could do something similar, as his limbs and joints would stretch and distend when he fought. This was became, lacking a Kagune to house the majority of his RC Cells, those RC cells were evenly distributed throughout his whole body. Next up, Rinkaku's special characteristics is giving its ghoul advanced regenerative abilities compared to other kagune, and it's tentacle are, for lack of a better turn of phrase, good at penetrating things. Downsides are that, or whatever reason, they're surprisingly fragile and easily cut, despite having the ability to punch through steel bulkheads. Don't ask me how or way, because I've got nothing to explain this and the show or manga never did either. Next, the Bikaku is the Jack of All Trades, master of none. It can't outspeed an Ukaku, but it's faster than the Kokaku or Rinkaku. It's not stronger or sturdier than a Kokaku, but is stronger than a Ukaku or Rinkaku. It doesn't boost regeneration as much, nor does it have the penetrating power of the Rinkaku, but it's better than the Ukaku or Kokaku. A Bikaku is perfect all-rounder, and that's fine. Edit: And, I'm back again with more corrections. Qinque are kagune extracted from Ghouls and modified, both biologically and/or mechanically, sometimes specifically coating/treating the kagune in some kind metal that adheres to the RC cells. Regardless of whether it's mechanically modified or not, some sort of electrical device is connected to the kagune to stimulate it, causing it to activate. Older types of Quinque were very one-note, as they could only be activated as is at that point in time, so they were almost always carried around in the Doves signature white suitcase in a compressed, half-active state until future versions were updated and improved. Another interation on Quinque, was the dissolving of weaker Ghouls kagune in a chemical solution, injected into molds, and a second solution caused them to harden into a crystalline structure, processing these weaker kagune into numerous different types of munitions, from bullets and buckshot to full-fledged grenades and RPG rounds. Again, don't ask me how they became explosives because it was glossed over in the manga too. Lastly, Quinque, while they can be built and fused, are much more limited than a Ghoul's kagune, specifically because their RC count and quality is fixed upon a Ghoul's death, which means, even with special treatment and processing, they won't be able to harm Ghouls with an RC Count/Quality above a certain threshold, unless used in the case of artificial Ghouls, like the Quinks.
@marclenraymagdaraog691 Firstly, he explained part of this in the video, not all of it. He said almost nothing about the Quinque or their different iterations, he said Bikaku were known for speed when that was the Ukaku's job, he attributed Tatara's pseudo-fire and the other Ghoul's pseudo lightning to "imagination" when it was a family trait cased by selective breeding and "experimentation" (what kind wasn't specified, but I assume genetic modification), and he attributed all the uniqueness of kagune strictly to imagination when it's clearly stated that Ghouls require a certain quantity and quality of RC Cells for them to be able to change their shapes and form more freely. Secondly, what parts he did explain in the video were an incoherent, rambling mess, so I re-explained those parts in a way that's more easily understood. Again, see the parts where he explained how kagune work.

Yeah the hybrid thing is weird but actually makes sense. Obvious hybrids require a very specific combination of genes to give them hybrid vigour the full ghoul powers and no of the drawbacks. Imperfect hybrids are either still born or appear fully human except having basically a body tuned to ghoul level performance without the necessery regenarative abilities which burns them out. the Tg power system/traits and Bleach power system/reaper, quincy, hollow powers, Fairy tail Power system/Magic, hxh power system/nen and even the Mha power system/quirks in my opinion is one of the best and fun powers in manga fiction
Stands??
Bro listed half of shonenjump
@@resultado9643 ?, your point is just cause despite "being generic" the authors sold million of copies because of their well thought out narratives and character development having sold million copies doesn't mean the power system is good or not. you moved from your main point aswell XD. he's right it's just the lame ass magic shit that u can see trying to be replicated on some animes hence generic. sure he said things about plot armor and power of friendship but it is definitely extra to the point because the plot is just sometimes just so dramatic.
Bro you should do more of these power systems content
I dont think the shapeshifting and cloning were exclusive to kokaku or the fire breathing to bikaku. It was just a creative use of the Rc cells in general. Doesnt even make sense because Kokaku is known for his rigidity. It shouldnt naturally be able to take such fluid forms. The same for Bikaku.
Comment for the algorithm, channel goated.
Ghouls being on average 4-7x stronger than humans and losing to them and half ghouls being stronger than full makes no sense to me
Well the humans have far greater number than Ghouls and some humans like Arima are genetic experiments.
? He’s basically strong due to cannibalism. Normal ghoul doesn’t have the amount of RC compared to him.
@@NoumLyye What about Eto who has been a Cannibal since a kid? And he beat Yamori before eating ghouls. All the half ghouls are stronger than most normal somehow
Its physical strength. If the human is more skilled with a strong quinique then they will win. Its just a show of skill
@@TreeGGwi you mean why Eto lose against Kaneki? Because I guess their RC degraded instead of increasing due to growing older and that may or may not contribute to them losing due to weakening ig. Getting older is rough. You don't get to do things like you did when in your prime....
I MISS THIS 😭
It got confusing with it being clear plasma like between liquid and solid Nishikis was blueish with a clear yellow kaneki/Rize/twins ect being four tails naruto. Toukas being like fire to crystal glass shards like butterfly wings and in RE I didnt know what i was looking at the first torso suspect had a bikaku, tail identical to Sasori's wearable puppet sectioned tail looking like Doc Oc from spiderman or automail tailbone, then Urie's was like Tsukiyamas coil sword without the lance or spearing capability just cant bend your elbow and hope in a fast paced fight the sharp edge is on the correct side when push shoves. Frankly it resebled the projectile quinque that wrap the forearm but it kept going not flexible enough besides the generic sword quinque that Urie, Sass, and Shirazu used along with Grave robber basically a steel pipe with an edge why make it a briefcase at all, and mutsukis knives are just that if they were starter quinques JUST MADE FROM QUEEN CASE STEEL until a kill i get it but how a briefcase turn into those? Its weird the bikakus were explained better and the trap kagunes too especially with nutcracker but the metal looking kagunes not a fan the segmented insectoid exosckeletal scorpion tails like mutsukis were cool and Saikos but its like ok line up and get youre starter quinque rookies rod hammer knife or poiny stick and shirazus kagune hit Noro one wile held in place but he wouldnt bother doging those paintball grenades from my view any ghoul worth having a bounty and even having a codename could take every missle point blank and have 7 minor chuncks of flesh scooped out eavery one would have to imbed in the neck for a decapitation kill otherwise litterally its good to fors a car to swerve or forcing a ghoul to dodge the direction you want so a good quinque or kagune could stike midair while direction change is impossible lke nutcracker getting hit with own trap and dispatched by way of his pointy stick quinque. Amons dojima, the Fuegutchi, and akiras chimera quinque were the last good ones maybe because we saw their origins juzos Jason was awesome a scythe didnt make sense but who nees sense in a horror shonen. Also anyone notice Juzo's hair ties? Things? That match his stitches make an XIII which considering he used jason and his mask was like Voorhees the stitching is a little easter egg making a 13 in Roman numerals XIII and engraves it on his weapon?
you're definitely a dove... "ihumane"...
this guy dosen't know what hes talking about at around 2:30 he said that kaneki "shape shifted" his kagune but no that's because he eats other ghouls and get their kagune that's not his original kagune
Nah he was right, his form is shaped due to his ideology. his trauma of the centipede going inside through his brain formed, it. It won't just be a fcking random crap dude.
thats not how it works. his own kagune isnt his own because it was implanted from rize. he doesnt 'take' other ghouls' kagune by eating them, he just adapts his own kagune making it look like others, like when he curls his kagune like tsukiyama's
Anyone notice Juzo's hair ties? Things? That match his stitches make an XIII? Which considering he used Yamoris remains to forge his Quinque(however little was left after Kaneki's dinner). His name was taken from his torturer, along with his bad habit of playing with his prey. His Hockey style mask was like Jason Voorhees and his mothers in the original. The stitching is all X's or >>>'s but his hair ties are XIII, a little easter egg to the Jason/ Friday the 13th Movies as XIII is 13 in Roman numerals. Perhaps his brutality and regenerative abilities poke fun at the fact that Jason Voorhees could survive pretty much anything shy of Tsuchikage Ohnokis Kekei Touta Particle Style: Atomic Dismantling Jutsu, without understatement the only way to ensure he's down and staying down. Though Kaneki was a Virgin and didn't look the type to smoke pot so the prerequisite for his hitlist is all humans over the age of 10 or so and oddly enough the national average for sexually active in the US is 12.7 years for 81% boys so 12 years and a week shy of 9 months 13.2 so 75% of girls give it up within 3 months of becoming a teenager trying pot girl's actually try it sooner than men not by much but men aren't behind far between 12 and 12.5 for both around 80% by 13 the guys and girls combined who smoked pot at least once and lost their V-Card is 68% ⅔ by their 13th birthday. Sex and drugs, rock n' roll cant be far behind. For the trifecta adding in those that have been drunk or buzzed at least once 55% still more than half, makes me feel like a gentleman waiting til 14 for pot and few months from 16 for sex those metrics just made me sick so glad I don't have kids and I'm and Uncle thankfully to 2 nephews with a 6th birthday coming up I was hoping the pokemon games for Christmas was good awhile I don't wanna thing im halfway to them needing condoms and papers for stocking stuffers😂
The fuck is blud yapping about
Ok.
1 word to describe Ghoul : Insect
This is surprisingly accurate
Tokyo ghoul power lv ranking is still one of the best til now for me most anime nowadays rushed their ranking lv like demon slayer or jjk
That thumbnail is so cool
The power system basically goes as follows:
1. Arima Kishou
2. Everything else
Destruction from stmv as background music????
That's amazing
u just sayin stuff to fill up the video 😭
Noro's quinque was my favorite
His caught me off guard when it first showed up, it’s honestly one of my top 3 favorites easily.
I know 100% of this power system (i have played 3 hours of ro-ghoul)
He explained this in the video.. wtf man.
@marclenraymagdaraog691
Firstly, he explained part of this in the video, not all of it.
* Matrices 👍
Yomo is from tokyo and has a lightning kagune...all that yapping for nothing
@@demiurgusgodofform8589I made a comment mentioning that there were a few errors but this is exactly what I would have got at if I wasn’t so lazy at typing, good job bro did all the work for me😂
It must be horrifying to fight an investigator as an average ghoul. Imagine throwing hands with a guy whose weapon is idk, you mom's leg or something
the Ukaku is the definition of I got no aim
noros healing has nothing to do with his kagune type, its because he has kakuho stitches
How strong do you think they are because I've heard at best city to large city
At best they would probably be building and even then they never take buildings down because they spend most of the time fighting indoors. The only one to really destroy a city would be Dragoneki so maybe just him but not the verse
I'm more pissed how owl for killed
I know and I love it similar to Demon slayer realism But it is more on the Ghoul side humans are just Human But Arima proves everything Wrong Sure he is half but his Sickness is a side effect to him having no Kagune
Also to carry a pregnancy to term requires the mother to take several steps.
@@markusbarten455 Kinds of Hybrid Ghouls:
One Eyed Ghouls these are born from both a Human and Ghoul. Or Experimented on
Chimera ghouls: are ghouls who possess 2 types of Kagune in one Body:
Kakuja: ghouls due to canibalism are able to obtain more than one kagune in there body.
I've been having pain in all 4 of these spots
Ohh so the humans pretty much pick up loot when they kill these guys
wouldn't owls (Yoshimura, Eto, Takizawa) be a better example of what Ukaku can do?
I love the video
This gone sound insane but I think it would be cool to be a ghoul
It was cool until they started spitting out fire and shooting lightning.
WELL Well well
Btw uta is rinkaku not kokaku😊
I hate RUclipsrs that say absolutely nothing in every sentence and just keep saying the same repetitive shit worded differently. Like bro put I lil more effort into that scripts and stop dragging the video for the sake of length.
12:00 “some of” you mean the best right? 💀
Noro and Eto likely have equal regeneration, if her's not being better, it can be assumed that she regenerated (not even reattached) half of her body without much trouble as she fell off from a building.
Now do a power system video pf saint seiya.
Those cosmos are wild
Saint Seiya lost the poll bro.
Despite being the weakest ghoul type physically, Ukaku are actually the most "successful" type when it comes to hunting; even other ghouls. Rather than call it "Bird Style Kagune" I'd rather it be called "Feline Style/Dragonfly Style"
U know u love a anime when u say a whole sentence and it's not English 😂

you shouldn't build audience expectation for one thing, then swap it for another. it would be like if batman decided to become a museum docent one day, most people who watch/read batman aren't interested in batman for gripping summaries of ancient/recent history from a guy in a bat costume..
just like i'm not watching vinland saga to watch two dude farm and get bullied by dickheads..
@@jmc2830horrible comparison. batman is an action comic book series mainly for kids, you'll always see some actions. vinland saga is a seinen manga about vikings and war. the word "saga" is literally there, it's a long story of thorfinn's development as a character. if you don't like the change then you just don't appreciate the story enough, you just like the anime for it's fight scenes and thats your standard on what a good anime is.
