For those of us wondering what the initial cash output might be if we want to consider a similar purchase, when you say “small/little cash down” can you please share the amount or at least range e.g. 50-75k down, 76-100k down, 101-125k down etc. Thanks 🙏 much
Hello, Thank you for posting this video. My family and I also bought a campground in January of 2020. We only have one cabin on the property. The rest of the sites are for RV's and one small family home. We are also learning as we go. It was nice to find another family on the same journey. Thank you
im in the middle of buying a medium sized property to make a RV park.....303 acres we plan on having 100 RV sites 25 cabins and a community center with showers and bathrooms with limited Laundry ....good luck to everyone

I too, bought a 19 acre old trout camp…with six prewired RV spots and 1600 feet of creek frontage. I hope to get it up and going soon. Really cool to find others on the same journey.

You said you got a private loan to be able to buy the property. Did you use an investor. I'm having a difficult time finding the correct loan. Was this a running business before you bought it? I believe there are two ways to go about it. Either as a business or a primary residence. Any input is greatly appreciated
Are you in the upper Tusquittee? I seem to remember those two cabins on the creek - looks so familiar. I stayed there so many times in the ‘90’s when visiting my folks over on Cold Branch Rd. It was such an awesome spot. My kids and I loved the place - so many happy memories. You are SO lucky!
