Just came back from Lofoten, Senja and Vesteralen... the video is great but comes not close to the beauty when you see it in person. When you come to the island on the ferry (around minute 11 in this video) its absolutely beautiful ;)

Best time to avoid tourism on senja?
Norwegians def prefer Senja to Lofoten for a vacation. With a tent you can be in total seclusion for a month there in amazing nature.
