Cupcake Piping Techniques Tutorial #4 - With Rainbow Swirls

- Hi and welcome back to my kitchen. As you will probably know by now I love piping cupcakes, and it has been a while since I created a piping tips techniques video, so as I have 4 new styles I thought I would create piping techniques #4.
I am also going to show you how I create this pretty pastel rainbow buttercream piping effect using 4 different colours of vanilla buttercream frosting.

Using the sprinkles to hide the end of the frosting is so clever and the look is gorgeous. I love that sprinkle mix!
The sprinkles are so pretty I agree. I missed a few different kinds together to make the one I used in the video. I am so glad you like it.
The cling wrap is such a smart technique. Thanks for sharing your recipes learned a lot from your videos

The cling wrap is such a clever technique. I wish I'd known this a few weeks ago when I made rainbow cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. They didn't look nearly as neat as yours.

I am making mermaid cupcakes for my daughters baby shower and your techniques are WONDERFUL and look easy. But I dare not think I can make them as beautiful as you did, but going to try my hardest. I was wondering how to make the blend of colors, your plastic wrap blew me away! I am so excited to try this, thank you for sharing! If I wanted to only do a couple of colors as opposed to 4, is the technique still the same with the cling film but doing 2 lines instead of 4? How much frosting would I use for each line compared to the amount in your video?
