Christmas is near, for everyone who celebrating it then begin to start on preparation to welcome a holly day. Of the many Christmas and New Year’s preparations, one thing that always exists from year to year is Christmas tree. It’s nice to hang out with family and decorate this Christmas tree. Feels incomplete when family room is not decorated with other Christmas trinkets.
So glad to see your Vlogmas- I thought you might not this year. So glad you are going to make your life easier this Vlogmas! It becomes to stressful to try to do everything & you deserve a calm Christmas season- you give so much through the year. Merry Christmas & I’ll look for you occasional Vlogmas posts and enjoy every moment.

I like this once in a while vlogmas format!! We had the opposite holiday.. my family lives all over and we all were at my house for birththanksmasday... (Allen’s 1st bday, thanksgiving and Christmas celebrated in one weekend..) oi stick a fork in me I’m done! Lol . But due to this my Christmas season is quite calm. Looking forward to some cozy silent knitting evenings!

I missed out on a couple calendars this year so I only have 2. Haha! I love them! We hosted a small thanksgiving this year as well. My son and his boyfriend were here and his boyfriends mom came with her new sweetie. It was so lovely. We played dominos until 2 am. About 10 years ago, we had a “correction” Christmas. We gave our children 1 present (they knew it was happening). The intent was to remind them, and us....that this season is about so much more that presents. Both of our children remember is very fondly. 💗

It's from the Handy Book of Sweater Patterns by Ann Budd. The raglan pattern and I used Cotton Classic yarn.
