Thanks everyone for watching! It’s been a bit since I put out a video. It’s hard once you loose your motivation to get back at it. Hopefully this video can help motivate someone else who had lost their motivation to get back at it 💪🏻
Me and a few friends used to do this for fun back in the Army: In addition to the pushups we did during morning PT - the number of which I no longer recall, but was probably around 40 - we'd drop and do 10 every time we'd walk through a door. No idea how many pushups that added to our day, but 100 would be a good guess.
Your physique is lit, man! And thank you for motivating us! Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a muscle-building meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.
Great video, very motivating! You definitely have lost fat and added muscle from looking at your before and after. Personally I have four exercises I do religiously, push-ups, pull-ups, ab wheel and step-ups. 5 minutes for each exercise using a free downloaded EMOM (every min on the min) trainer so that's 20 mins in total spread between before work and after. I believe those 4 exercises hit almost every area of the body efficiently in a small amount of time and leave me fitter than almost everyone I'm likely to meet outside of dedicated trainers. Keep uploading more videos, thanks!
I've just started doing this with 150 kettlebellswings and 100 bodyweight squats. I've not worked out properly for some time, and when I was working out, I managed to get a set of about 80 push ups (only happened once). I'm weighing just over 97kg, so about 213lbs, with a body fat of just over 22%, so I'm hoping this'll kick start my fitness. Fingers crossed
Have you seen those jaw strengtheners. People doing it for 30 days to see if it shapes their face. Seems like the sort of thing you’d do or test out haha
huge fan of your channel man, been watching it since ages , recently started working out at the gym for the first time, im 26 years old yet i cant do 1 push up or 1 pull up yet , is there any advice you got ? im 188cm tall (6Ft 2 inch) , and im 97kg (213 pounds) with about 22% Body fat .. 6 months into the gym total, i tried to do some wall push ups , heard that it isnt that helpful at some point, when i comes to pull ups some ppl recoomended to me do the assisted pull ups , but when it comes to push ups i got no clue, cuz the second i go down i cant get up ... any advice ? Thank you
Have you tried doing them from your knees? Once you are able to them from your knees for a while you can then try them the regular way. Also tuck you elbows close to your body instead of out wide. Have your elbows in the correct location can make a huge difference

Well done very well done, it would be nice to add just one high protein meal a day for this challenge next time see how much results you can get by doing 100 for days plus an extra rich protein meal a day the results would be great to see and may a bit of cardio too who knows what it would look like 😊?
@@SimpleManChannel ok but showing us exactly how much you usually eat and for 30 days making a slight increment for the purpose of the 100 push per day makes a slight difference. 100 push up is great but eating to much that increase in exercise is a different story as well. You say you eat a considerable amount of protein which is great but you don’t do 100 push everyday year round correct? Having to 100 push a day also means that your considerable amount of protein should increase to much that increment in exercise… You can’t do 100 push up and still eat the same way, you can if you want but an increase in your protein carbs and fat would definitely double your current results. So Documenting the two for us to see just makes sense. You gave the exercise but left out the eating part and in the world of exercise these two “ exercise + meal” are a match made in Heaven. You had to give us your increment in meals for those 30 days it’s just a must. and if you didn’t increase your meals as you said your protein intake is considerably moderate then we know your current results are a shadow of your real ones
Thanks! I have the safety bars on there so once the weight goes down, I just slide off the seat. It actually works really well and is nice because I don’t need a spotter
Man, I tried this for three months, without even one day off. Now I got a problem, I have this pain/sore in my bicep and it hurts when I do push up again. I rested three days and continue, but it still hurts. How long do I need to rest to continue?
Why'd you do this over dips? You got crazy results with dips. Also why do you not stay consistent! You could maintain your physique just by doing maintainence reps before bed, instead of going to and from dad bod.
something has changed. in 1 week you can lose 1 pound of fat, but at the same time you are gaining 1 pound of muscle. that is why it seems like there is no change to you. i exercise every day, so i know what im talking about. keep at it, and eventually you will see the results.

Im 72 and still do push ups however i'm not consistent so your video has motivated to accept the 100 push ups challenge. Age is no barrier.
Awesome, best of luck!
I've done it multiple times in my life, everytime I came out of it with gains. Great job documenting the 30 days. Keep the videos and the grind going.
Thank you, I hope to!
@Mulano The Travel Vlogga I’m not sure that would be a huge time commitment for me at the moment

you still have the perfect push ups

I don't get why you stopped when the results had been so good
You should do 100 squats 100 push ups and 50 pulls up for 30 day
For older people, which one is the best, dips or push up.?
I felt like dips helped me get bigger, but they are also considerably more difficult
How do you work out the bench press theoretical max?
Bro do you stop using minoxdil 😮?
No working out for a year and hit 236 bench? Must be nice…

Typically just 100. On a couple of days I did 110 on accident. Since finishing this challenge, I’m moving on to a different workout next.

how much you rest between sets
Good idea. Most guys could not go from zero to 100 though.
I think they could if they spread them out throughout the day. You could even do them from the knees and work your way up to the regular ones.

Dips
