Thanks for the update. I am going to install an auto top up but was thinking of using a floating ball valve like a toilet cistern. Is the advantage of the solenoid system that it is more accurate? If so how good is it compared to your old ball valve system? Thanks again

Hi Kevin, is the water level in the cistern box the same level as your pond, I thought you was putting the float level in your skimmer I must have heard wrong, also on your oase proficlear filter what size pipe have you got on the slide valve to drain it as in the instructions it has it at 75 but not seen any pipe at that size, I can't get at my filter to measure it as all my other stuff for my pond build is in the way, I'm still struggling to find a builder to do blockwork, they either not taking any work on or got too much on, stay safe.
