Thanks Carol, the power wire is around 10m float switch wire around 3m, it would be better if it was the other way round with the wires🤦🏻♂️at least it came with the correct plug 🤣thanks and take care 👍🏻
Nice update Jeff handy auto top up , I just use a trickle in on a timer so I trickle in twice a day for an hour , result on the Goshiki, big up to Mike and the team 👍👍😀😀

been buying bits and pieces from queni for a few years now, great company to deal with, just wish they weren't a 4 hour road trip in each direction away from me, only place near me now is koi water barn but i won't go into that
There like 3hrs away from me to, hopefully one day will make a trip up there it’s got to be done👍🏻
If you unscrew the 12 screws on the top of you 3 stage filter and turn them round and screw them back in you can have the inlet on the left side like you want. I did it, you don't have to separate the individual units, dead easy. Hope you know what I mean. I spy the guardian on the shelf hehe. Everyone is moving to good old sockets, can't beat it. The switchbox prices are going to plummet now after all the pond tubers are moving to sockets. Great video again, thanks for sharing. Cheers.

I installed the guardian today, wicked bit of kit it’s showing temps 14c, TDS 6 , ph 8.5 I would like to get the ph down below 8

You can change the dechlorinater pods around to get the correct orientation!

M8 just unscrew the white bracket from the body and turn it round so you have the inlet on the side that suits you

O have installed one of the top up systems. There is one issue with the float swith in the pond. If its mega windy and the water is sloshing it keeps cutting in and out. Anyway around this issue would be much appreciated

Thanks KoiRun, I did think I was gonna lose her, she is doing absolutely fine now 🙏 I usually try do a 25% to 30% per week thru the whole week, I don’t hold records like you which I would like to, I’m going to install a digi flow and try work out what’s getting used, take care 👍🏻
You actually got me think how much water I exactly use🤣I clean the nexus 220 once a week in the winter season now that the weather are changing and I’ve up the food a lil I’m cleaning the nexus 3 to 4 times a week the middle chamber of the nexus hold 105L so I would imagine it’s around 400L to 500L I change per week 👍🏻
Hi, I have one of these systems to be fitted, how did you connect the solid pipe to the rubber hose push clip if that makes sense. Cheers buddy great filter house by the way.
Hi mate, the solid black tube that I’m using is 15mm which slots right into the hose connectors that come with the top up system, just tighten up the hose push clips and your leak free, hope that was useful 👍🏻

Hope you can help? How noisy is the valve in your top up system? Mine unit is screwed to the walls of a wooden shed. There is a strong thump on the opening and closing of the valve. I noticed you had placed a valve close to the first stage of your purifier. I couldn’t hear the unit working on the video, so hoped you would share your experience. Many thanks.
Hi Dave, the shut off valves have no noise, there is a small thump noise from the top up unit when water starts to run thru (only when switched off and back on) which is now constantly trickling in
Once the system starts running thump noise stops, hope that was useful 👍🏻
@@just4koi143 Thanks for your feedback. Much appreciated. My top up unit sends water via a purifier to top up the pond after my drum filter does a clean. I am getting the thump when the float starts and stops the water. No noise during as the water flows or after it stops. We do have high water pressure and the manufacturer does specify 6 bar pressure as a maximum. Good to know the noise isn’t just in my filter shed!
