I could imagine Tim coming into a dinner party and all of the gentleman scholars inviting him to their table but he go sits with the kids and talks about toys
I, however, can imagine the the opposite. Him sitting with the scholars and pranking them with his toys throughout the evening in the most educated and discrete way, for the laughs and joy of everyone in the room.
Publick Gamer would still make sense. Subconscious would have something to do with the deeper unaccessable parts of the psyche. Unconscious actions are done without you being conscious about it.
There's something strangely therapeutic when I watch Tim's videos---Well Grand Illusion's videos....Mostly because Tim's voice calms me down, and the toys he shows are pretty cool, and I love how Tim shows off the toys and explains what they all do. Surely and underrated channel---Well not really he still gets a ton of hits...but I just hope he still remains the same and doesn't change from all the popularity.
I feel the same way. I'm sure he won't change somehow. He just wants people to enjoy all his toys. Like he said, no TV and no computer. It's not like he will be checking the views all the time to make him big-headed haha
As of February 2017 I have successfully "liked", "thumbs-upped", or "upvoted" (whatever you want to call it) all comments on this video that contain the word "nile".
Meet the man bringing 20,000 toys back to life on RUclips Tim Rowett who lives with thousands of toys crammed into suitcases in his London flat has become a RUclips hit. "Tim the Toyman" as he's known - has been collecting toys for fifty years. In his spare time he used to be a children's entertainer, and would buy new toys every year for his performances. Now retired, he brings puppets, games, cards and more back to life on the 'Grand Illusions' RUclips channel
Okay, maybe I'm just being a crazy emotional dummy, but when I heard Tim say his he's 72 I started to tear up. Who know's how much time he's got left and idk one day there won't be a new video and we'll wonder why and ugh. It just makes me so sad idk why.
biggestfanever1 he's already said that he's commissioned an artisanal toy maker to turn him into a life-size Jack in the box when he pops his clogs, so fear not. Tim will live on, and you will still get to see him. Briefly. Occasionally.
He uploaded every single day during pandemic from his kitchen, made me smile daily until he was able to go back to his studio, he looks healthier and younger day by day.
I LOVE THAT GUY he sound so genuinly kind and his videos are so great! it also makes good videos to watch before sleep besides oddly satisfying videos!
The original idea was to have a RUclips bonus video of the full 'Take Nobody's Word For It' so you could click through to watch from our main video. Unfortunately we've not had clearance and to be honest it's a case of getting busy making the next Trending video. I'll chase it up again if there's interest as it's lovely footage 😀
He's 78 and he's still the same. I'm so jealous of him, I would love to collect the old toys I had as a kid. I did start to a few years ago and my mum and fiancee said that I need to grow up. Growing up is actually depressing. People expect you to forget all the things that made you happy as a kid and will look down at you for wanting to be reminded of all the things that made you happy. I tip my hat to him for doing what he loves and doesn't care what people think of him. That is truly brave and I wish I was allowed to follow my heart and do what I want to in life and not what people expect you to be. Don't ever change Tim, that is truly something I look up to you for and I wish I was as brave as you. Keep doing what puts a smile on your face and warms your heart.
I only recently discovered Tim and his wonderful toys, and he is now on my daily viewing list. I watch two or three videos to wind myself down before going to bed. When insomnia strikes (which is fairly often) I watch a few more. During a recent migraine headache, I needed some kind of background sound to counter the construction noise coming from outside my window. Tim to the rescue! He has an extremely soothing voice, and while I couldn't at that time stand to watch the video, just listening to him talk was very soothing. - - So, thank you very much, Mr. Rowett, for your wonderful, incredible, magical toys!
I randomly met Tim in the tube when I visited London last October. Truly a kind gentleman, talked to me for five minutes and gave me a signed business card!
I watch his videos when I have trouble sleeping, his voice is very soothing… This is one of those times. I should be off my phone now, goodnight everyone!
I can never get tired of watching Tim Rowett demonstrating illusions and toys, the fact is that his voice calmes me down and his attitude is" Extrordinary " :P I wish you more success dear tim and looking forword for watching more of your shows . from malta :)
what's cool is he has all these toys and he manges to keep them all you very well organized and maintained I like the suitcases he has very well maintained indeed
Why does watching his videos fill me with so much joy Its the purest thing Just a man enjoying his childhood toys and sharing his happiness with everybody
That's so cool - I always wanted to know how Tim stored the toys. I watch a segment or three every day or so because it is quite relaxing. And I have started to collect things myself. He provides top shelf entertainment. JSTN from Chicago🔥
Yay Tim! I always watch his youtube regularly. Quite pleasant british old man and almost like Indiana Jones' dad 😁 Specially the 'huh' on every closing of his video also "quite brilliant idea" just feel soothing to hear 😊 And what a collection he have 👍 Keep making videos, Tim!
I could imagine Tim coming into a dinner party and all of the gentleman scholars inviting him to their table but he go sits with the kids and talks about toys

hilarious xD
InsertNameHere I'm not crying, you're crying.
I, however, can imagine the the opposite. Him sitting with the scholars and pranking them with his toys throughout the evening in the most educated and discrete way, for the laughs and joy of everyone in the room.
A child's mind in a 71 year old's body. He is awesome. Not many people can enjoy toys that old and get paid for it.
maybe thats the reason he enjoys them.
Tim is the semi-official grandpa of RUclips :)
badass grandpa
+happy doggo that's hickock45
That's a great uncle from the branch of the family that left for the states.

Subconsciously not unconsciously! xD Unless someone knocked you out, then you said wow?
yeah that's what i meant to say.

Publick Gamer would still make sense. Subconscious would have something to do with the deeper unaccessable parts of the psyche. Unconscious actions are done without you being conscious about it.
Wow
0:46 "Sugar which floats, and Tear gas" TIM HAD FUCKING TEAR GAS AS A KID!!!!!
Macing a random person in the face and running away sounds like a hilarious prank!
It's just a prank bro
He should throw that tear gas at antifa
Ted Bundy
They used to play with magnesium too back then...
@@spy8069 Keep politics out of this. Old toys being played with is as far from politics as you can possibly get, so let's keep it that way.
He's like your favorite grandpa. The one that plays with you and shows you the toys he played with as a kid.
The one I never had
the one that died before I was born
I had older ones
Me too. I later found out that I was actually molested, and the toys weren't meant for children, but they were good times.
water from the nile

My feelings exactly.
perfectly stated
😂😂😂 agreed

***** I'm hoping he changes for he better...Not drastically like some RUclipsrs. I dont want him to change in a negative way.

Still rolling like a king till this day
Same things, but like dr seuss said, "don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened"
He is living in the moment and enjoying it so enjoy it till it lasts
He uploaded every single day during pandemic from his kitchen, made me smile daily until he was able to go back to his studio, he looks healthier and younger day by day.

Goodness gracious. Seeing when he was young
Looks a bit like Mr. Bean with a beard.

The original idea was to have a RUclips bonus video of the full 'Take Nobody's Word For It' so you could click through to watch from our main video.
