Mr Bob, your client speak highly of the service provided by the company...in my case it wasnt....I have much admiration about the shopsabre...but they were not helping much...being in South East Asia where our current requirement is 220V, they tell me to figure it out on my own.....there is not much flexibility ....I ended buying 2 machines from another company in USA...and this machine is working like the 737 boeing.

We always wire the machine for location, seems there was some missed communication here
