Hey random question, but what is that reel you use to hold up the flex DC hose above the machine? I just got an IS408 and am struggling to figure out how to manage my DC hose. Thanks!

That is an adjustable tool balancer. I think it is 15lbs. I got it on Amazon… not sure if it is still in stock.

I’m looking at the IS-M series and coming from a CNC machinist background. Right off the bat I’m missing my milling interface-feed/rapid/spindle override knobs, MDI, 3D simulation at the machine, etc. You mention that you will be doing some aluminum milling and you obviously have experience as a machinist. Will you miss these things?
