    Hi there, Jenna! How's it going? It's been a while since we last touched base, and I hope that all is well with you. Well, one of my strategies to keep enhancing my American English communication skills is to read emails, articles and books from native English speakers who care enough about grammar rules and punctuation. Evidently, watching your videos as they come out is also included, of course! I hope you have a wonderful day and a fabulous week! Greetings from a cloudy and rainy São Paulo! Byeee! 😃

    Do you have a lesson abaut analysis of non fictional texts

    • @LearnAcademicEnglish
      @LearnAcademicEnglish  2 месяца назад

      The only video that I have that is like that is a video about how to write a summary. In that video, I analyze a piece of writing by identifying the main ideas and details that are either important or not important. I will make a video soon about how to respond to articles or pieces of nonfiction writing

    Hi there Teacher, I have a question for you related to e-mail wrting.
    If in an email, which is, the correct way to go :
    If you have any question, please contact me or your line manger.
    If you have any question, please contact your line mnanger or me.
    If you have any question, please contact myself or your line manager.
    If you have any question, please contact your line mnanger or myself.
    I would be more than glad if you could clarify it please

    • @LearnAcademicEnglish
      @LearnAcademicEnglish  Год назад +1

      Great question. Native speakers mess up pronouns all the time, so it can be hard to know what is correct. “Myself” is not correct here. Contact + object so you need to use “me.” You can put me first or last, it doesn’t matter.
      By the way, you should use “any questions” instead of “any question “
